"Firstly, the images should be updated. COVID and the political situation had impacted international tourism. Next to the hotel is an uncompleted building. One of the images is not what it is. Facing the hotel entrance across the hotel is a polluted canal with some sewage stench.

And I so wish I could stay at the Chatrium again in the future, because pretty much everything was perfect. The only problem is some highly inappropriate material displayed in the main reception area, and so in good conscience I cannot ever stay at this fine hotel in the future. "The area was nice as it was off in it's own corner away from the busy downtown streets, was no issue getting a Grab to go anywhere as well. Staff was always nice and inviting and there was a piano they allowed you to play in the bar area. The bar/club downstairs was interesting but the music they played was extremely loud so we had to sit far in the back away to hear/talk to people."
