"Cleanliness was not an issue, breakfast was good, dining room was closed for dinner on the two nights we spent there. We were woken at about 2:00 a.m. by a loud alarm for a fire insisting everybody vacate the premises and after 20 minutes outside in the cold were advised it was just somebody vaping in their room. Received a vague apology the next morning at check out."

"The rooms has terrible air flow and ventilation and the aircon does not cool down below 20c. My wife and child were sweating and we had to talk sternly with hotel staff to get a small table fan which didn't help. Anyone who is a bit claustrophobic or expecting nice airflow and a cold room will be disappointed. Eventually we had to open our courtyard door to cope up. Paying 500+ dollars for a single night and having such a poor experience is not right. The manager and staff were polite though and they provided a form of compensation but our weekend getaway was ruined for sure. - Reception staff kept directing us to different restaurants with simple requests to heat up some pizza. we had to wait long time to get a simple request done. - Concierge desk is practically unmanned. - Plenty of things for kids to do and the resort itself is beautiful."

"We had great time staying in this hotel. Easy to check in. Friendly staffs . Gave us information about how to get around when we arrived. Room is comfortable and view was awesome. Short walking distance to shops and train station. Highly recommend. Thank you 👍 😊 "

"We thought we booked a twin bed studio and it was not clear in the booking. The receptionist was so good in providing us an alternative room with 2 beds."

"The cabin was well equipped for a two night stay. The beds were comfortable with extra comforters which we needed as it was very cold. The oil heater took the chill off the room. Our host Mary was at hand and very friendly. She was kind enough to let us settle in earlier .Not far from town and the railway station it is great spot to explore the surrounding trails and walks."
