Beautiful house in Eusebio (greater Fortaleza area), 10 minutes from Beach Park and 15 minutes from Praia do Futuro (by car). Fully furnished. Swimming pool, barbecue, although quiet, we have an electric fence and cameras that can be turned off. Lots of greenery (like a country house). Large space and veranda, 3 bedrooms, 2 with air conditioning and 1 with a fan. 1 suite with bathtub, 1 social bathroom and 1 bathroom on the outside veranda. Supermarket 2 blocks away. Ideal for families to relax and go out by car to visit beaches and tourist spots. We have an entrance area with ample land and several trees (like a country house). Swimming pool with barbecue and sun loungers. A generous veranda with sofas, table for coffee or drinks. Hammocks for relaxing. A bathroom on the balcony if you don't want to go inside the house. Inside, a living room with a sofa and a 32" SMART LED TV. Dining table if you don't want to use the one on the balcony. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, pots, glasses, cutlery, plates. Stove with gas for preparing food. Water dispenser. 1 social bathroom. 1 bedroom with wardrobe, double bed and air conditioning. 1 bedroom with wardrobe and fan with remote control. 1 suite with large wardrobe, double bed, air conditioning, 42" SMART TV, bathroom with bathtub. It is necessary to provide a team for cleaning outside the house every 2 days (balcony, grounds, pool, watering the plants). The guest makes this access available at the time that best suits them. We do not rent for parties, events, or for more than 6 guests. Do not insist. Loud music that disturbs neighbors is prohibited, and we do not accept pets. If anyone beyond the 6 guests is added without the owner's authorization, the contract may be terminated or a fee of R$100.00 per person/day may be charged, at the owner's discretion.
