Very nice hotel to stay. Wonderful Location, cross the street there is this amazing steakhouse restaurant buffet. It it’s super yum. I highly recommend it to all!!

I am very disappointed that the mattress was horrendous and I was not able to sleep for my entire stay. On top of that the AC in my room did really cool very much. Although the management did offer to change my mattress to another one it was pretty much the same mattress, a terrible one. If you care about your sleep and mattress do not stay here. Staff is friendly and hotel is new but the mattress and AC is crap.

Incríveis dias em Fortaleza.

Localização ótima em Iracema, poucos metros andando até a orla. Vasto comércio em torno. Café da manhã bom e variado. Recepção muito gentil e atenciosa, adiantaram meu check-in. Quartos arruma dos todos os dias. Não tenho do que me queixar. Foram dias ótimos em Fortaleza. Fiquei no 15 andar, há isolamento acústico nas janelas pois não ouvia nada quando as fechava. Super recomendo.

Falta de internet e reposição de sabonetes

O hotel não repôs quantidade suficientes de sabonetes diariamente. Nós últimos dois dias, tivemos que utilizar sabonete para mãos para tomar banho. Em relação a internet, no quarto que estávamos não funcionou em momento nenhum, péssima qualidade, tivneos que utilizar dados para poder nos comunicar.
