Nice hotel, our second time there. Convenient 2 bedrooms /2 baths for family or friends . But for the seco t time, one of the elevators were down, which is very inconvenient. The building will need some renovations in the near future .

Hotel antigo, precisa de obras de revitalização. Atendimento ótimo , o quarto não tinham cobertores, ao ligar para a recepção fui informado que colocaram pra lavar e não chegou, achei ruim... Estava com criança, levaram somente no dia seguinte um, pq solicitei.

O quarto era virado para uma rua super movimentada, mesmo de madrugada, e não tem nenhum tipo de isolamento acústico, mesmo minha esposa e minha filha que dormem com muita facilidade, estavam sem conseguir dormir,isso já por volta das 2 da madrugada…tive q pedi para mudar de quarto, e nisso fui rapidamente atendido, mas se não tivesse outro quarto teria q passar a noite acordado, MUITO Barulho na rua , um hotel dessa categoria tinha q ter algum tipo de isolamento acústico.

A recepção demorou muito no check-in, o quarto nao estava com a terceira cama arrumada tive que descer e pegar toalha e lençol para minha filha pois liguei na recepção e não atendem, fiz um pedido de berço e vieram trazer somente no outro dia , piscina com azulejos quebrados .

o hotel tem um excelente atendimento, em todos os setores. O restaurante oferece é ok, o café da manha com bons sucos, frutas frescas, tapioca feitos na hora. O hotel precisa com urgência de repaginação e manutenção nos quartos, pintura, mobiliário, uma decoração anos 90. o serviço de camareiras é bom assim como a limpeza. Em relação aos demais hotéis da rede Mercure, acho que esta este especificamente destoou ao padrão da rede..

Chambre négligée, personne ne parle autre chose que le portugais (même si personnel sympathique) piscine qui ressemble plus à une pataugeoire qu'une piscine. Vraiment pour un Mercure, je trouve les prestations extrêmement décevantes. Dommage
