We had a wonderful stay! The beach behind the resort was delightful, and the morning breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly, and we loved the convenience of the hop-on hop-off service to Beach Park Aqua Park.

Nice hotel, steps to a beautiful and quiet beach.

Beautiful place! Wonderful staff; great food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience a quiet time with family.

Hotel at the beach

The Hotel location was perfect for me and my family. It was right at the beach and only a short walk along the beach to the waterpark beach park. The hotel was nice but needs some upgrading. Friendly staff and good security, activities for the children gave a nice break time for us parents. The breakfast and dinner buffet had å good variety and where nice prepared. I was disappointed that the hotel or Beach Park did not sell Brazilian beer, the brands offered I can get all over the world. When I am in a country I like to taste the local brands.

Hotel in bad condiciona, the show we is the worst I’ve ever seen in this cathegory of hotel. I asked to extend in 1hour my check out due to the flight time and considering that I was with a child and a fee of 100 reais was charged. Besides this, the costs at the restaurante are completely unacceptable and out of reality.

Café da manhã e jantar bons, funcionários, de modo geral bastante atenciosos. Serviço do restaurante durante o dia um pouco lento. Quartos precisando de manutenção, box com rejuntes dos azulejos bastante sujos Fiquei no 193, e à noite tinha um grupo de entretenimento infantil, literalmente, na janela do meu quarto, fazendo brincadeiras, com som bem alto até às 22:00 hrs. Vale à pena repensar o local para essa atividade, pois incomodou bastante.

Proximo ao Beach

Hotel próximo ao Beach Park, ideal para quem pretende visitar o complexo, tem ônibus a cada meia hora ou 15 min de caminhada pela praia. Preços de comida e bebida caros, quarto bom, limpeza boa, wifi bom, tem de agendar o café e jantar em um aplicativo por whatsapp onde o hóspedes é atendido por IA. Quem se hospeda pode entrar no Beach park 1 hora antes da abertura.

Hotel da franquia Beach Park, pé na areia, atendimento muito bom. Falta só um pouco de cuidado na manutenção. Banheiro do quarto com cheiro forte de esgoto e portas manchadas. Nos surpreendeu também a cobrança pelo uso da toalha de piscina. Primeira vez que vemos isso.

Viagem em Família

Pra começar eu sempre sou justo nas avaliações, não sou do tipo que reclama de wifi e coisas menores. O hotel é antigo, isso é fato, e existem algumas melhorias para fazer como paredes se desfazendo pela maresia. Os hóspedes tem acesso antecipado de 1 hora ao parque, mas só 2 brinquedos ficam abeertos, um para criancinhas e outro para adutos, não sei se é regra, mas foi assim que disseram. Abaixo alguns pontos: 1-O atendimento em geral é impecável, todos funcionários solicitos e educados a não ser a moça "salva vidas" da piscina que deveria ter um pouco mais de empatia. 2-No bar da praia existem nas mesas um QRCode para escanear e abrir o cardápio e por ali mesmo poder fazer os pedidos sem ter que ficar chamando os garçons, mas nunca que a mesa estava aberta e mesmo que tivesse por alguma sorte, o pedido chegava no bar e os garçons não olhavam a impressora, digo isso pq tive que ir la depois do pedido demorar e mostrar pro garço que estava la impresso meu pedido. Acho que um treinamento melhoraria isso. 3-Os preços são bem abusivos, digo pq sou comerciante e sei o quanto custa uma agua, com isso os hóspedes preferem sair do hotel e ir para uma barraca proxima e ou então comprar agua e mantimentos no mercado proximo do que consumir do hotel. Acho que se o hotel pensasse em vender quantidade ao invés de lucrar na unidade isso se reverteria, Ex: Uma agua no mercado custa R$4,00 no hotel R$12,00, Poderiam facilmente vender por R$5,00 ou R$6,00 ter lucro e ainda fazer com que os
