This home is in a working class neighborhood. Very quiet. The house was a good value. I would say the pros are very appointed kitchen beds comfortable, linens towels plentiful. The con would be the bathrooms need updating. Everything was very clean. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms was very nice. Garage and laundry on site were a plus. Streets getting to the house were chaotic but Ashbury was much quieter. Would stay here again!

Everything available to use in the kitchen. I was able to cook chicken and boil rice for my doggie. All restroom had hand soap which was nice, I didn’t have to use my own stuff. Location was close to central downtown and very close to major highways.

Great family stay!

My adult kids and I had a GREAT Thanksgiving here, thanks to this well-appointed, attractive, and convenient place. The kitchen had everything we needed to put together a traditional feast, and the comfortable living area allowed for lounging and togetherness. Convenient to the Stockyards and Sundance Square/historical District, this place had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay! district

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay, but the house is older and there weren’t as many of the add ons that you come to expect in VRBOs like toiletries. The neighborhood was also noisy and crowded at night.
