"We had a short stay in Fort William while returning from Isle of Skye. Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff. We had dinner (paid) and breakfast (included) and both were wonderful. Hotel is located right next to a lake, very scenic."

"Whilst it has some minor upgrade/ maintainance work in progress it didnt impact on our stay. The continuous flashing light in the hall outside our room overnight was annoying though! Either dicky electrics or haunted ! ( cant vouch for either being the case!) Fabulous accomodating staff, rooms were clean and well presented , more outdated than some places but quirky charm .
