「Tim and Maria were great hosts and were very welcoming. The cabin was perfect for our last minute trip. We loved that we could bring our side by side and use it to travel to both the Sante Fe River and Ichetucknee River. We enjoyed using the kayaks on the Ichetucknee. The location of the cabin is secluded and the outdoor space was amazing. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the bunnies and deer in the yard.」

「This home was just as listed. Plenty of space and things to do. Unfortunately the river flooded days before we arrived but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. We couldn’t kayak but that was not a deal breaker. The host was very transparent and accommodating. I look forward to visiting again so that I can experience the river more!」

「Very cool, private setting with friendly goats. The only thing I would suggest is to fill the fish tank in the one bedroom as the noise from the filter is constant. Great place to stay if you visiting Ginnie Springs. Would def stay here in the future.」

「This location is a great get away into the country side of Florida, away from all the tourist traps. The house was clean and modern. The house is well suited for couples and small familes. This location gave us the ability to paddle or boat to Ginny springs, although you do need to paddle up river to access the springs. The property manager was great to work with. 「Location is perfect. Far enough away but still accessible to all the local springs. We dove for three days and spent the nights here. Got great use out of the kitchen and found everything clean and in working order. The porch was great for sitting at night and the blackstone grill was exactly what we needed. Everyone was super friendly and our dog enjoyed walking the property in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!」

「We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues.」

「The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year.」

「This house was perfect. We were in town for a softball tournament in Newberry. We were 20 minutes from the fields and the drive was very easy. Big plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes!! Feeding ball players after all day play is a plus!!」
