Worst stay I’ve had in years! Room keys didn’t work. There was no blanket. The ventilation was poor. There was no water pressure. The room was decorated poorly and had no ambience. The bed was uncomfortable. It was just one of the worst days I’ve had in many many years and I travel a lot. I will never go to another Tru hotel, and I will seriously doubt that I will go to a Hilton as well

Breakfast was not good. The pancake maker was broke and they said they only had one stove so they were out of most of the hot foods everyday. Also, the water in the rooms gets luke warm at best, making showers very uncomfortable!

We have sporting events in Fort Wayne. Booked this by mistake, and it was 20min up the expressway. We ended up booking three more stays her for other events. 1) newer hotel, so everything was clean and working, (except pool cue tip) 2) very quiet. Did not have to deal with all the other sport teams being in town. 3) it was cheaper than the true in ft Wayne.
