It was a pleasure staying there in the family queen suite. 3 adults stayed comfortably. Clean and staff, breakfast and food was great. Needed to check out late for flight and they accommodated me.

Room was quiet, comfortable & clean. I liked the workout room. We stayed 2 nights. Trashcan in hallway outside of room was overflowing until the day we checked out. Breakfast items were few on Saturday. Only 1 carton of milk in fridge, and no bacon or eggs. Sunday breakfast was much better. Yummy biscuits!

Spring break weekend with the family

We had a great time staying at SpringHill for our kids’ spring break one weekend. We visited the Ft Wayne zoo and this was a convenient, comfortable, and clean place to stay. The pool was a hit with the kids!

Although it was tucked back off the main road, it was clean and well cared for. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Springhill will get my business again.

Very nice hotel

This is a very nice hotel and iur suite had plenty of room for all of us. The buffet breakfast was also very nice. The only downside was the indoor pool was ice cold. They said they've been having trouble with it being to hot so im not sure what happened but needless to say the grandsons were very disappointed. It made for a long evening as we had planned to be in the pool all evening but otherwise it was a very nice hotel. I would recommend this hotel and we would stay again.

Need to have a better check in system. We stood outside at 1245 in the morning, ringing the bell, banging on the door and calling, with no answer. Finally over 10 minutes later, the receptionist shows up…very nonchalantly. We had already paid or we would have left. She was nice and all, and the hotel was very nice with a nice breakfast, but needs to have a better system.
