The road in front of the motel had semi trucks parked there and it was difficult to see if there was another car coming. There were a couple people hanging out in the parking lot. Each time we went out, they were there. We got to the motel at checkin and our room wasn't ready and they said it would be about an hour before it was ready. We were tired from the trip in so that didn't set up out on a good note. We wanted to go to dinner but we needed to change our clothes and freshen up from the trip. We drove around for an hour and then we came back and we got into a room. It was a nice room and the bed and room was very comfortable. The next morning we went down to breakfast and we were met with hard biscuits, no eggs, cold oatmeal. So, the options were waffles, cereal or muffins. Not quite what I would say is a hot breakfast. We were disappointed to say the least.

My stay was excellent. Staff were very nice. Always greeting everyone and offing assistance. Hot breakfast was great everyday. Big plus that they are animal friendly and I have a small dog that was in a hotel for the first time(not very quiet). They were super understanding.

Large rooms nice and clean. I went to the kitchen in the morning for some coffee and some muffins but staff told me I can't come in the kitchen without shoes I had to go back to my room to get them then had to take them off again to shower.

This is a lovely hotel! However, it states that it is pet-friendly yet charges a $75 pet fee. This is the highest amount I have ever paid. The amount tells me that the management really doesn't want pets. I encourage you to find a different place to stay.
