  • This property is just a 2-5 minute walk to the beautiful Emerald Coast beach! One block from door to the stunning sand and waters! This comfortable one bedroom property features a queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Kitchen features appliances to include dishwasher, glass top stove/oven, microwave, and fridge. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Living room and bedroom have ceiling fans, smart tvs, and a split unit wall ac to keep you in comfort during your stay. The bathroom boasts tub/shower combo. This unit has a set of stairs for entry but is all on one floor once inside. Shared backyard space to roam and grills to enjoy. The beach access point is just a short walk away. Boat parking upon request is available. *Please note this property is not handicap accessible due to stairway to access front door.
