Spy the bright blue ocean directly from your own furnished living room, and watch it roll by from your own balcony. This wonderfully sun-soaked condo is full of amenities for guests to enjoy. There's plenty of space for everyone to kick back and relax in central air conditioning. The full kitchen is laid out perfectly for guests to cook together, and you can still spot the ocean when cooking from behind the breakfast bar. Tile-style flooring throughout the condo means everyone will stay cool throughout the day. The private washer/dryer will keep the swimsuits ready so you can go from the beach to the shared pool and hot tub easily. After a day of beach fun, feel free to kick back and relax out on the balcony. There's a seat waiting just for you.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction will occur on the property from August 14, 2023, until February 16, 2024. During this time, the balconies and walkways will experience closures. Doors will also be repainted. Noise may be audible during work hours.
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1 - October 31.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The room smelled like it had been smoked in. We ended up having to take Benadryl. We tried airing the room out, but nothing worked. The smell was so strong. The couch had stains on it and was uncomfortable. Vacasa took hours to respond to the issue with the room. We ended up moving the next day. The place that we ended up moving to was a lot cheaper but they will not refund any money. We lost half of our second day of vacation and have had to take allergy medicine for the remainder of our time.

Amazing view, but bring all your stuff

Here for a cheer comp… place was clean with an amazing view of the beach. There were no towels for the pool and site says that the offer full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc and they were travel size. Washer and dryer without laundry soap. Just bring everything you think you would need.

Would absolutely stay here again!

We are locals, but stayed here for a weekend just to get away because we had a family member in from out of town (3 adults, 2 nights). We rent condos in this area at least annually & I have to say this was one of the cleanest condos we’ve ever stayed in. Ever. Not only that, but they went above & beyond providing a lot of starters of what we needed in the kitchen & bathrooms, down to little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion & body wash, much like a hotel, which we rarely see in condos. Checking in and out was super easy, & when I had one question It was answered within minutes. The area was perfect and the view from the balcony was perfection, so were the outdoor chairs & table (there were even extras). We sat out there for hours on end. The only thing I would suggest is better pillows on the master bed because they are really flat & the couch is not the most comfortable thing. It kinda sinks in. BUT the rest of the condo was so perfect that it completely outweighed those things. We would absolutely stay here again, no question. We loved it!

Public access. If you like hundreds of people and double rows of umbrellas two deep then this is your place. The entire place smells masked by Febreeze. Not even going to bad mouth it anymore. Won't recommend or stay again. Booked two nights and could barely stay one.

Room was great. Bad experience since we lost power for 1/2 day and water for 1/2 day. No person on site to talk to. Don’t like dealing with problems via text service. Weren’t notified swiftly about problems either. Not being able to use toilet, shower, cook, do laundry very frustrating.

Management was great. Comfortable bed, great view and very clean. The most uncomfortable sofa and love seat I have ever sat on. TV’s are small, one is smaller than my computer screen.

Very clean and uncluttered condo

The condo was very clean and did not have a lot of clutter in it. Plenty of room to store food and beach stuff. It does need a few more chairs on the deck, instead of just two. It would also be nice to have some sound barrier around the washer/dryer combo since that is very loud. Large pantry for a weeks worth of food.

Great stay.

The condo was clean. Great location close to everything, but out of the way. The beach was nice and not over crowded. The door from the master leading to the balcony didn’t work. That was the only complaint.

Girls' trip

We had some issues with construction and cable. And when we arrived, we had to move the patio furniture outside. All in all it was an enjoyable trip.
