Take in the unique sights and sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony of this waterfront retreat here on Okaloosa Island! This home is roughly a five-minute walk to the beach, six miles from Xtreme H20 for summertime fun, and less than 10 miles from the Air Force Armament Museum, the Track, and Henderson Beach State Park. Stick close to home and enjoy a refreshing dip in the on-site pool.

Prepare your morning coffee, quick beach snacks, or full-course dinners in the well-equipped and fully updated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar. Dine together or bust out the board games at the adjacent table, and then take a seat on the large sectional and channel surf into the evening on the cable-equipped TV. Two balconies provide an amazing view of the Sound! Here you can watch as boats, dolphins, and manatees pass by.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and refreshing central air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
