It was a very nice place in a very nice beach front location, with a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants.

What a view

Really like the property and location. Overall nice unit the umbrella and chairs they have in the unit need updating we didn’t use them we just rented from the chair vender and was guaranteed a front row view everyday without carrying a bunch of stuff to the beach. I would definitely stay here again

Great spot

Very sweet condo right on the beach with a nice pool. This condo isn’t big so not as many people and not as loud. Laundry being out of the condo was different but it worked. We would stay here again.

Majestic views

The reason to stay here is the magestic views. Not just one view but two. The apartment was great with small touches to make your stay feel like home. Wonderful owner who was so helpful. Jackie who is on site is awesome and very helpful.

Perfect little condo

Perfect little condo for our family and one pup. Side balcony overlooking beach was where I spent most of my time reading books and listening to the waves. The beach itself is beautiful and easy to get to from the room. Pool area was nice but we didn’t use it. She had a collection of beach items in the closet, which came in handy when our pop up tent collapsed on us! The area has a great place to walk your dog very close to the condo. The store in the parking lot was a major plus. We will be back!

The view and proximity was amazing. The property had need for updating. The elevator wasn’t working for part of our trip. The condo needed to be cleaned. The WiFi didn’t work for most of our stay.

Condo Thanksgiving beach vacation

Overall, this CONDO is perfect location for beach vacation. We rented for 1 week and overall nice experience! The king bed needs a box spring as it was as comfortable as a camp cot. There was outside maintenance occurring during our rental time, replacing windows with scaffolding against the side of building next to king bedroom. I opened my curtain to have a construction worker in my face on Tuesday morning. The hammer wrench began at 730 am Monday morning outside and construction workers worked next door until suppertime the day before Thanksgiving. We spent most of our time at the beach! The beach was incredible.

Wonderful view

We were a little disappointed at the condition of the condo when we arrived. The condo was not very clean and the building itself seemed older and in need of maintenance. We contacted the owner and she immediately apologized and refunded part of our cleaning fee. The washing machine on our floor was broken the week we stayed. Other than those issues our stay was great. There is a fantastic view of the gulf right out the front window. And a very short walk to the beach.

Aqua villa

Very clean. Awesome ocean view. Very short walk to beach. Only complaints was none of the washer and dryers on each floor where working right. Elevator was not in good working condition had to pry doors open several times no air in them either. No fault of condo owner. Owner of building should take care of these problems. Definitely will be back.

Girls Trip

We had a great time. Our host was very responsive when we contacted her and very helpful. We loved that we were literally steps away from the beach and the host had a small umbrella and 3 chairs that we were able to use on the beach! However, there were a couple of concerns. We didn’t find out until 1 week prior to arrival that the elevator was not working and we would have to carry our luggage up the stairs to our condo. This was not a concern for us, but could be very problematic if someone is unable to do the stairs. That should be listed in the listing information. An electric vacuum was provided, but was so dirty we had to clean it before we used it. I would recommend having a broom and dustpan available for easy sand cleanup.

One of the best places we had a vacation

We stayed for a week - a couple of 40+ and a teenager son plus pet. The unit has a plenty of space, all small things were found there, like power extenders with multiple sockets, clock and other stuff usually missing in other units. Everything we were need was there. We were very satisfied. It looks like renovation was done recently. Furniture is good. Wat I liked: Location is perfect, walking distance to the local store; pool is available at night and not crowdy; the beach is so close; the balcony has amazing view, we saw dolphins in the mornings. Things you should be aware of: 1. The washer and dryer are shared. One set per floor and cost is $4.25 per load ($2.25 + $2). You should use app to pay and can charge it for $5 only, so you loose .75 per load. 2. Mattress in main bedroom is very soft, that made back pain for us. My wife tried sofa bed in the hall and it was also not comfortable. 3. You have 1 toiled paper roll only for each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towel, bring yours or buy in store. 4. There are no enough towels for the whole stay, you need to wash them or bring yours. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Great Beach Spot
