We had a blast! Condo could have been much better.

I am going to start with the good things about this place. Checking in was fast and easy! The beach was so beautiful, we had an amazing view from the balcony and main bedroom, the balcony was huge and we loved spending time out there.The wifi was good, the pool and hot tub were amazing, we had alot of fun playing in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. It was so convenient to have a market right outside the parking lot, we loved walking to it and being there in 2 minutes. We loved having a free umbrella and beach chairs, it was nice we used them every day! Amy was amazing at checking on us on bad weather days and answering the phone when we needed her.The things we didnt like about this place.None of the locks on doors worked, bedrooms couldnt lock, bathroom doors couldnt lock. The person that cleaned this place didnt do a good job. The floor was so dirty walking for 10 minutes barefoot left the bottom of our feet black, there was people hair on the floor etc. Bathroom on main bedroom was dirty, walls dirty, bathtub was so stained and pluged every time we showered the tub filled up and took hours for water to drain.Bathroom #2 light flickered the whole time we were there. bedroom #3 the light is a night light and it flickers the whole time so its better to not turn it on, we had to use a flashlight in there. Some outlets didnt work throughout the condo, we would put our phones to charge for hours and they would never charge.This place needs work all over. But still had fun!

Property location excellent. Kitchen sorely lacking cooking equipment, especially pots and pans. Mattresses getting old, replace soon.

Could be cleaner!

The wall, baseboards, and curtains in master bath and bedroom had blood on them, trash under the bed. Dust was very thick all through the place. The queen bedroom’s tv dresser was very wobbly so had to lay down the decoration on top. The toilet was ate up with black mold. The tub had black prints, yellow ring stain and mold. Nasty on the fridge and dishwasher, coffee pots had mold and had to be cleaned, sink stopper was broken, blood on balcony chair, walls was very unclean, pull out bed smelled of pee and had some rings on it so we bought a blow up mattress, you have to move a pretty heavy coffee table to pull out couch bed. If you have older or disabled people with you just a heads up. Most of the pillows had yellow stains along with the towels so we had to wash linens before using due to the smell and filth. In the picture the kitchen table area looked roomy but was squeezed between couch and bar. The bunk bed room was very small so definitely not ideal for adults or bigger kids, broken handles on drawers. elevator shut down. The view was great! Outside area and town clean, store you can walk to right behind building. Pool was warm! Hot tub was warm and the jets was like the jets in a pool so matched the weather and kids could join without getting to hot or over taken by jets! There were pool supplies by the pool as well as 2 areas to spray off! Beach was very clean and beautiful! In our opinion the cleaning needs to be more thorough. But trip was nice!

Ocean front condo in Fort Walton

The condo was easy to find nice and clean. It is located right on the beach and had a private pool and beach entrance. The beach area was not very crowded when we visited. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a question.

Good time

The A/c did not work properly the day we arrived. They put Freon in unit & it got cool that night. The floor was sandy when we arrived & there was some mold on the shower curtain. I think the cleaning people should have done a better job. Otherwise Yes, it’s smack dab on the beach.

Quiet, Clean, and Close to Everything!

First time beach vacation during Fall break, and first time staying where there's emerald green water ever. Beach was clean and no crowds. Condo was clean and exactly as stated in listing. Not far from anything, still only 20 minutes from Destin. We'll be back to the Ft Walton area again!

Clean and great view!

Upon arriving the owner/property manager was easy to contact. They allowed us an early check in which was really appreciated after a long trip. The place was clean. The elevator never had a long wait, so getting to and from the beach was quick and painless. The view from the balcony is perfect. We saw multiple dolphins in the water! We could also see fireworks shot from the pier. The beach service was really nice! An umbrella and two chairs come with the rental. 10 out of 10, we recommend! We would all love to stay here again in the future!

Great Beach Home

This Condo was perfect for us! Close to the beach with a great balcony view. Easy access to the beach and convenient parking. The condo provided for all your needs regarding cooking. Had a great nights sleep as the bedding was comfortable. We will be returning!

Affordable and fun!

We love staying on the beach. This condo was one of the more affordable ones on the beach for the amount of sleeping spaces for our family. We had 5 adults and one infant and we all had ample space to sleep and hangout inside the condo. We love the location of Tom Thumb being right in front of the condo so we could run and grab groceries that we needed. The pool and hot tub were clean. Other guests in the condo were friendly. This will be our new go to place for sure!

A Slice of Heaven

We were sitting about halfway down the island strip in the perfect location. The condo was big enough for our big family. There wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t available to us. Amy was a dream to work with. Very fast response times to any messages sent. I hope we can stay here again.

Perfect

We just returned home from our stay at Sea Dunes 203. It is a slice of paradise for sure! Thank you Amy & Greg for sharing your space with us! We appreciated that the unit had everything we needed to enjoy a stay for 4 adults and 2 kiddos. Kitchen was nicely supplied as well. We always do some cooking on vacation. None of us was ready to go home this morning as we took last pictures and soaked up the sounds of the waves. The Emerald Coast's beauty never disappoints, and it was great trom 203!

Family time memories

Everything was perfect! The scenery from the balcony is breathtaking! Our son even saw a couple of dolphins in the gulf from there. The condo is well equipped with kitchen items that came in handy when we prepared some meals. They do have a Kerug/ drip coffee maker which we enjoyed.
