Experience the ultimate beach vacation in our breathtaking designer remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Emerald Coast. This 1157 sq ft paradise features a spacious layout with breathtaking direct views of the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for families or groups of up to 10 guests. Outdoor balcony seating for 4. Watch your favorite movie or sporting event from any of our Smart TV's in the living room or two of the bedrooms. Enjoy cooking gourmet meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with blender, toaster, Keurig and regular coffee maker, as well as cookware, tableware, flatware, dinnerware, glassware, and serve ware. The dining table has seating for 6 and the kitchen bar has seating for 4. Relax in the master suite, complete with a luxurious king bed and walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Enjoy the comfort of one of the two full beds in the second bedroom or the twin-over-twin bunks in the third bedroom. Additional guests can enjoy a comfortable night's sleep on the queen sleeper sofa. Additional amenities include in-house washer/dryer, Pack n Play, hair dryers, and more! Just what we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. We only had a couple snags. The showers did not have water pressure. We spoke to the person downstairs and within minutes it was taken care of by maintenance. The view was amazing. We watched Dolphins out our window and we were above the pool but far enough, that the noise from the pool Was not an Issue. We are now looking into a unit with four bedrooms so that we can take our grandkids with us next time. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were so happy to have a clean organized well-maintained Beautiful condo to stay in.

Condo at Summer Place

The condo was beautiful. It was listed as 3 bedrooms and I didn’t agree with that. The third so called bedroom was just big enough for bunk beds and a night stand with no closet. The floor was dirty so I had to mop the whole condo after we got there.

Lacrosse tournament weekend

Very clean, perfect for a family of five in town for a lacrosse tournament. Location of the property was ideal as it was on the beach and only five minutes to the fields. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend!!

Everything was perfect! Beautifully decorated condo and the view was amazing! Less crowded and more laid back than other nearby resorts. Parking was easy right in front of resort. Chairs and umbrellas come with your stay which was definitely a plus. Beautiful view of fireworks show from the balcony. We will definitely be back to Summer Place!
