After staying in five different VRBO condos in Cocoa Beach, Destin, and Orange Beach, we can easily say that this was the best one yet! The only issue we had with the unit itself is that we were unable to make the ceiling fan work in the living room (which may have just been user error). And, as others have mentioned, the elevators in the building seem unusually slow. Other than that, this is an amazing building and an amazing condo. Our requirements are always a condo with direct beach access and a great direct view facing the ocean and this delivered on both counts. Except for the elevators being a little slow, the building is extremely well maintained with constant staff supervision. The condo itself was beautiful with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms - a perfect setup for my wife and I allowing our two teenage children their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom opens right to the largest balcony we have ever had in a condo with a lot of seating. Each bedroom offered a comfy king-sided bed, ceiling fan, and large TV. But the view is the best part. Situated right in the middle of the building facing the ocean on the sixth and top floor, the vistas were spectacular. The building is perfectly located right down the beach from the Okaloosa Island boardwalk and pier and just ten minutes away from Destin and all of its activities. The management team was also very responsive to a few questions.
