Island Echos 2M Perfect Getaway! Second floor, Direct Gulf front Beauty!!!!

Island Echos is your ticket to paradise on the Emerald Coast. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, this gulf front property is close to the most popular local restaurants and attractions. Visit the Gulfarium, the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk just down the road. Swim in the gulf front pool, sit on the beach, or relax on your balcony and watch the sunset.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, living area with a queen size sleeper for extra guests, and a private balcony with priceless views of The Gulf of Mexico. A master bedroom with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. A full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Perfect getaway

Property was as shown. Clean and well equiped. Check in & check out a breeze! We especially liked that there were extra towels(both beach & bath) & complimentary beach service! The only thing we didnt like was how loud the air conditioning unit is, but not sure theres much that could be done about that! Overall, a great getaway!

My daughter got married on the beach. The condo was perfect. The weather was beautiful and so was the condo The only hiccup was the guy on the beach would not tag us a set of chairs

Great Stay!

This is a great place for vacation right on the beach! Perfect for our family of three and we enjoyed the proximity to the Gulfarium and ofcourse the Beach Service. Kim is a great host and the place had everything to make our stay comfortable like blabkets,beach towels,kitchen utensils etc. Great management. We will visit again someday,hopefully! Thank you Kim!

Staff /owner was super attentive to inquiries . The place was very clean with a gorgeous view. There was construction as noted in the info but even with this going on, it didn’t take away from my family using the beautiful pool . We enjoyed our stay!

Island getaway

Perfect location to the beach and clean, comfortable room. Plenty of towels and pillows. Very pleasant and relaxing vacation. The only thing needing fixed is bedroom tv since my husband likes to watch tv before bed but we’re old so that won’t matter to everyone. Would like to return next year!

Unit 2M was prefect!

The room had a ceiling fan that was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The pool was cool and that is something we arent use to. Typically it is warm. There are only 10 steps to pick your cart up to male it to the beach. Major plus for us. The singing cleaning lady made my day with her singing. Overall we will definitely stay at Island Echos again. Love everything about the condo.

All good in every way... price, location, cleanliness, easy booking, good communication. Just don't try to check in or check out one minute early/late, as locks are activated to the minute!

Excellent location

The property is amazing! Love this location and location of the unit. The unit itself really needs some updates. The fan and light over the dining table had to work together--We couldn't turn off the fan without turning off the light. There is also a problem with tiny ants in the bath and kitchen. It needs new furniture on the balcony. The iron chairs are too low and not comfortable. But we loved this location and being on Okaloosa and you can't get any closer to the ocean that here!
