Includes 1 Queen Memory Foam Bed and 1 Queen Sofa Bed. For your convenience, coin operated laundry is available on the premises. The cozy atmosphere and pleasant surroundings make it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Fort Walton Beach and our condo has to offer. Restaurants, bars, water activities and shopping are within walking distance. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return parking pass. Turn off coffee maker, lights and tv. Turn AC to 76 (or in winter, heat to 62). Empty fridge/freezer. Place all used towels on bathroom counter. Lock slider and front door.
Parking pass MUST be returned to the condo upon checking out. The Condo Association is now requiring that a $25 fee be charged if the pass is not left and needs to be replaced.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please use sofa cover provided if allowing dog on the sofa. Please, no dogs on bed. Always leash and clean up after your dog. Thank you very much.
