Loved the location- super easy check in and check out process. Host had some beach toys, umbrella, chairs that we used (which was nice since we were traveling from out of state). The home and pool were clean, the weather was cool when we were visiting so the pool was chilly. We had a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids - 3, 6, and 11) and there was plenty of room for all of us.

It’s an absolutely beautiful home with amazing showers and a fantastic pool. On hot days keeping it 70 or above gets a little warm, but I understand why they ask it. Great access to all local beaches. Not the best place to rent for a 4 year old but that’s not on the owners, just a note for if you’re looking to book for a younger family (glass table and glass coffee table and white walls). Overall it was a fantastic stay.

This home was perfect for our family, everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking, the pool was very clean, the house was immaculate and the beds were very comfy. Close to beaches and shopping made for a nice stay. Would stay again.

Great House

Everything was great in the home. Plenty of room to entertain and hang out. The outdoor pool area was awesome with plenty of room. The only downside was that there was only one TV in the house which was in the livingrooom. Itwill be nice to have TVs in the bedrooms also.

Wedding trip

The house was perfect for our needs. We needed a property that could accommodate our group from out of the area for my daughter's wedding. The wedding/reception was held at nearby resort. The house is well stocked with everything needed for the stay. The host was very responsive to messages. I would highly recommend this property when staying in the area.

Great Stay, Great Location; Still Needs Some Updates

We found this VRBO shortly after learning we had to evacuate Siesta Key due to Hurricane Milton. Overall, it’s a great location and the house served its purpose for us while we were there. The best part of the house is the backyard pool area. The hosts were communicative in letting us extend our stay if we needed to while we were figuring out our next moves. That being said, we could tell that this place still has some major updates that needs to be made for this to be a stronger review. There are only 2 enclosed shower spaces; one off the hallway and the other in the master suite. The description made it sound like the toilet and shower located outdoors was enclosed, which we were fine with, but it actually isn’t. The outdoor shower is only meant to be used to rinse off before getting in the pool. The screened porch had broken screens and doors upon arrival that needed to be replaced. Again, this is a great place to stay and we were thankful to find it last minute. It’s in a great, quiet location right off one of the major strips and located behind Walmart/Sam’s Club, which made it easy and convenient if we needed anything too.

Casa rosada vacation

Overall , property is very clean and neighboehood is quiet.We loved everything that was included such as the pool and grill which were also clean upon arrival.Our family enjoyed the stay at casa rosada and would reccomend as a family stay.

Will definitely book again!

Great experience from beginning to end. Prompt communication and each interaction was respectful. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean house. Walmart is around the corner only 4 mins away which was perfect to grab items needed without having to hunt down a place. We bought our own cups and plates just because we have small children and I did not want them to break any dishes if they dropped anything. Two end tables with glass tops we stored in a closet because the tops were not secured. The kitchen sink was leaking and was fixed within hours of notifying owner. Minor hiccups but overall very pleased with our stay and will definitely book again on our next visit to Florida!
