Bright, sunny and cheerful! Everything a beach home should be!

Very clean and comfortable condo in a great location on Ft. Walton beach. Our party of 6 completely enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes #304 and would stay there again :)

Excellent Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time during our stay. The condo was exactly how I imagined it to be and I was surprised by how great the views were. It was easy access to the beach and it was just far enough down the island that the beach wasn’t crowded. We did have some minor issues but RealJoy Vacations was very prompt in resolving them.

Quiet time at the beach!

Excellent location! Very comfortable! So relaxing! It is so nice to be able to stand in the kitchen, sit in the living room or dining room or stay in bed and see, hear, and smell the ocean! We've been coming to the beach for 12 years and have enjoyed this condo more than any other, from here to St Pete Beach!

Beautiful view

This unit was as described and the view was amazing. Everything was in working order and we had more than enough towels for 6 people for our length of stay. Typically rental units similar to this at least have salt/pepper available but this unit did not so make sure you bring or buy those items if you need/want them. Will be keeping this unit in my saved list for future consideration.

Great Break From Ohio Weather

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The view can not be beat as the condo is right on the beach! There are great eateries near by and in Destin. Destin is only seven miles away. The elevator was out of service during our entire stay as they were updating it. We were not notified of the issue until we arrived. We would defiantly stay in this condo again.

Overall great time. The only thing was the ice maker was broken and the slider door to the master bedroom didn't work. They told us it was fixed but it wasn't. Otherwise great stay!

Exactly like the pictures-very nice

very nice, clean and exactly like the pictures. two thngs... the carpet in bedrooms need to be replaced; carpet was stained. housekeeping needs to remember to clean in side bath drawers; hair inside most of them and the baseboards have an inch of dust.

Excellent property and location

Our stay was great. The location is awesome and the condo offered great space for our family and incredible views of the gulf. There was an issue with the cable TV and Wi-Fi, however a temporary hot spot was provided and the issue/resolution was communicated to us prior to checking in. The communication from the property managers was excellent throughout our stay. The condo is very clean and nicely updated. If we had one suggestion, it would be for beach service to be included with use of the condo. While it is available for an additional cost, it would be excellent if that was part of the rental rate. Overall - great experience. Thanks!

Vacation 2023

When we arrived at our 4pm check in, the room had never been cleaned. There was trash everywhere and no bed sheets or towels. The cleaning crew finally came around 4:45 and didn’t finish until after 6pm, our evening was ruined after that, our dinner reservations had to be canceled due to this. I will not book with real joy vacations in the future as I sent pictures of the state of the condo was in upon check in time. I thought maybe they would have made that right but all I got was a thank you for the pictures. The rest of our vacation was good after that.

Nice Oceanfront Spot

The layout of this 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo was perfect for our 2 family vacation (4 adults and 4 kids). The kids enjoyed their own room and bathroom and the other 2 King size rooms were adequate. It was really nice being above the pool so we could keep an eye on our older girls as they swam. A few things you should just be aware of prior to staying. The umbrella and chairs that are placed on the beach are not included in the rental. You will need to pay extra (30/day) if you don't bring your own. The wifi is shotty and doesn't work great in the back 2 bedrooms but is just fine in the rest of the home. There are not full size dressers in the bedrooms, just tv stands with about 2 drawers for clothes storage. We brought a lot that needed to be hung up so it wasn't a huge deal but could be if you're not prepared. Outside of that, it was the typical rental which is just hard to keep up with when you have folks constantly in and out. Minor wear on the paint and door entries and the furniture is starting to age a bit BUT not in any way that would deter me from renting here. The patio furniture was surprising comfy and enjoyable to sit on in the morning while watching the dolphins. This spot is the perfect location for a condo close to Destin but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great price...Great location!

Altgough the complex itself was nice, the beds and furniture as a whole were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. We would not stay in the unit again.

Great location will rent a different unit next time

The location of the bldg is good…right on the beach and you can go upstairs whenever you need to. Small pool was onsite as well so it gave options. There is also a convenient store across the parking lot which was helpful. The mgmt co was quick & responsive to my question about where to find the parking pass. I appreciated that. The downside was the cleanliness of the unit especially for the price we paid. The carpet was worn and dirty. It definitely needs to be replaced. The living room furniture was worn and dirty & rug needs to be replaced. The bedroom mattresses were grossly worn. The master shower needs to be replaced. It’s dirty and yucky. There’s mold on the master ceiling. Granted the mold is from poor ventilation and they ask you to run the fan but it’s located in a totally separate place where the toilet is. That fan won’t help the mold problem. It’s good for renters to know the unit does NOT include beach chair/umbrella service (you have to pay for that separately) nor does the unit provide any type of beach equipment for renters to use (beach towels, chairs, boogie board, umbrella, toys etc). Also, there are no condiments whatsoever in the unit. As a regular renter it’s nice to have basics when I travel….salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, coffee pods etc. And when I rent a beach home it’s nice to have beach equipment. This was an average unit with so much potential.

Time for a new cleaning crew

The master bathroom reeked of urine. There was chip crumbs between the comforter and sheets in the master bed, which leads me to believe that the sheets were not washed prior to our stay. There was also no parking passes as promised.

Nice corner unit

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and everything was as advertised. It is sparsely supplied which was mentioned in other reviews. One dish towel, no pot holders, no blankets, minimal kitchen supplies. Beds have only a sheet and a very thin coverlet so I suggest bringing your own blanket for pull out sofa, etc.

Location is great!!! The room needs some updates. The furniture is worn and the beds are terrible. We couldn’t use the top bunk because the ladder was broken. All the beds were VERY uncomfortable. We probably will not stay there again because of the sleeping accommodations.
