This beautiful Gulf Front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches & the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Other features of this vacation rental include a fully equipped kitchen that consists of a full size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. In the family oriented dining area, you will find a dining table to seat six. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We stayed for 3 days. Very clean condo and the entire property as well. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Customer service was eager to help and quick. Highly recommended

We've stay at Gulf Dunes 4 times now, all in different units. They've all been wonderful, including this one. It's clean and modern, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials, and even had basic cable TV so we got to catch a few playoff games. The patio is spacious for our 5 people and the views are always incredible. Note: the sliding doors to the patio are heavy, hurricane doors. A little muscle is required to open/close. That was the only "meh" and it was the same in the other units as well. Worth it! This is the only building we planning on booking when coming to Destin/Fort Walton!

The spare bathroom had water pouring from the ceiling and coming out of the electrical outlet. We called the immediate number that was listed and that person filled out a report to turn into the maintenance. We stayed up until 1that morning waiting for them to come and look at it and no one showed until the next day and was unable to locate the cause. Said they would check it out after we left Monday. However we were concerned the entire stay it would happen again and could be a fire hazard with water coming out of the outlet. The water was so bad it ran into the spare bedroom. We asked for an immediate number to call in case it happened again and was only given the same number that only fills out the form to turn into maintenance. The sliding doors to the balcony were slightly hard to open and close. Location was good and views were good but not happy with the timeliness of maintenance in this situation. Hopefully it won’t happen to the next renters.

Perfect for us

The complex wasnt a oversized condo complex which made the beach not as ovwr crowded as other locations down the beach from us. Its location to groceries and amenities for us was perfect. This was the best beach trip we have had in years with our small kids, we really enjoyed our stay

Great Trip!

Our family and some friends stayed here for a week and it was great! Great location, clean condo, and plenty of room! We had four kids aged 8 mos to 16 years and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The beds were amazing and the condo was well updated!! Would highly recommend!

Great family vacation

Loved the location of being close to restaurants & shopping, loved the view from balcony, walk to the beach wasn’t far, very comfortable condo, had all the amenities we needed(only downside was the dryer, our strings on our swimsuits got stuck in the drum). Great family getaway.

Nice place

Had a few issues and didn't have any luck getting them addressed. Smoke detector went off our entire stay like the battery was dying..kept beeping...nobody ever came to fix it but the property manager says they did....and the sliding door to the balcony kept coming open during the wind storm and didn't lock. We ended up leaving our trip early cuz it just got annoying listening to and dealing with that. Aside from that it was a very nice place. Clean. The shower in the master is AMAZING! If issues addressed I'd def stay here again!

Amazing place. The apartment matches all the different blues you see in the ocean. Very comfy and had mostly everything you need (don't forget to bring your own salt and pepper if you are cooking!) The property is fantastic and views of the beach are breathtaking.

Nice Condo

We had some issues checking in with the key pad but after calling the property manager they quickly reset the code and we were able to get in. The refrigerator door was broken upon checking in so we called maintenance sent In pictures, we heard from a neighbor they came in and looked at it while we were at the beach but it stayed broken for the trip, not a big deal just a nuisance that you had to open and close the refrigerator a certain way to keep the refrigerator cooling and not sweating. Other than that everything was as described. Beds were the most comfortable we’ve had in any condo in the area, and the shower was really nice. We would definitely stay again. There’s no blow dryers in the bathrooms or regular spatulas in the kitchen , so people who blow dry their hair bring your own and bring a spatula for egg flipping.

Beach Vacation

Everything was perfect except that the washing machine would not drain or spin. We called, and someone came and sucked the water out, but no one ever came to fix it. We got a code to a different unit, to use the washing machine, but it was in another building, and lugging laundry around between certain hours was not how we wanted to spend our time. We had specifically booked a unit with a washer and dryer, as 6 people -2 of which were children- can go through a lot of laundry! Other than that, everything was great!

Perfect beach getaway

We had a great experience! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious! We were provided with everything we needed and more. Location is perfect and the view is stunning! We have stayed in many condos along the gulf and this is 10/10, will definitely stay again when in the area.

Perfect location

We loved the location! Easy access to the beach, great food around as well as other activities. Layout and description of property was exactly as advertised. Only down side was lack of silverware and some basic kitchen items. No pan to cook a frozen pizza on (we bought one and left it) and minimal amount of spoons. I would rent this place again! The decor tile work is the bathrooms are beautiful and having a shower head with removable handle made getting kids clean after the beach so easy!

Perfect location!

This was our 2nd year in a row to stay in this unit. Location and beach view is perfect. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The only issues I had was dirty pans found in drawer below oven and no cold water in washer. Other than those 2 minor things, we absolutely loved it! We will return!
