  • This 7th floor hotel type unit 702A with an unobstructed beach views is ideal for 2 people. It does not have stove or seperate living room. Comes with free beach service that includes 2 chairs and umbrella set up daily. March - October 31

    The unit features one king bed a table for two, a comfortable chair, convenient house wares for two, under counter refrigerators a microwave, small 4 cup coffee maker, toaster, iron and small ironing board. Large walk in shower. A small private balcony with 2 patio chairs. All linens supplied(sheets, towels, wash and face towels) Free WIFI and smart TV, free parking. It does not have stove or maid service.

    If you looking for a clean affordable place to stay for 2 people while you enjoy beach front unit and many Resort amenities and the beach life, this is what you want!

    The unit does NOT have a cooking stove or a separate living space, washer and dryer or maid service.

    Surfside Resort is a 16 story building that are all individually owned condos.
    Located close to everything in Miramar Beach, shopping, restaurants. We have on site restaurant, kayak and paddle board rentals, and a Beach bar. Amenities include, pool and 2 hot tubs, Basketball, Pickle Ball, Tennis and Shuffleboard all free equipment for your use. Beach Bonfire for all guests every Friday and Monday. Ice Machine next to the lobby.

    On site hair salon and body massages with licensed therapist. Surfside has the areas top rated wedding planner Nicki Cox and a beautiful event room for all your celebration needs! Surfside Resort has it all!

Great Place!

Nothing bad to say at all. Perfect location, steps from the beach, short walk to restaurants and a grocery, nice accommodations on site. Very simple check-in process, unit clean and well stocked with necessities.

Perfect room for 2! The view was amazing. Easy beach access and the chairs were the best bonus. Little loud with the golf carts at night but that was to be expected for the location. Would stay here again!

The place was perfect! It was in a great location and my husband and I were able to walk everywhere. The beach access was super easy to get too and the balcony view from our room was stunning! Would definitely book this room again. Billie was quick to message back with any questions I had as well.

We have stayed at Surfside this being our 5th time. First time we stayed in this particular condo. Owner was great and informative. Condo clean and comfortable. Weather didn’t cooperate but it was what it was! We still had a great time. Highly recommend Surfside for your Destin vacation!!!

Amazing location and serene home base for my location!

The stay here was practically perfect in every way. The only downside was that the shower water only came out scalding hot. I'm sure that they will be able to fix this though for future guests. The location couldn't have been better and I really appreciated the amenities provided in the unit. Thank you!

Great place to stay

Condo: beautiful view, clean, many amenities, and it’s 5 mins away from everything, including non-touristy areas. Communication: Billie is an excellent host. He communicates very clearly and is very polite. I had 0 issues checking in and out. He also checked on us to make sure we‘re not having issues with the AC. Parking/commute: parking is easily accessible with plenty of spaces. The area is very walkable and there’s plenty to do if you’re like me and hate driving. Overall, it’s possibly the best place I‘ve ever stayed at. 100% worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Miramar Beach! It was the perfect place for our little Labor Day getaway and an early birthday trip. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved being so close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything Miramar Beach has to offer. We rented a golf cart, enjoyed some amazing food, did a little shopping, and made so many great memories. The condo was the perfect home base for a relaxing few days away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Miramar Beach!

My wife and I stayed at this unit for an extended weekend for our anniversary. The view of the Gulf is amazing! Room was very clean and communication with the owner was great! Unit is about a 15 minute drive to the Harbor Walk Village which is a great area to visit. Also plenty of restaurants/bars to visit within a few minutes of the unit. Wish the weather was better for us, but we had a great weekend! Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at Surfside the past few years and this condo is by far the nicest we have had the pleasure of renting. I can't say enough good things from the easy communication with the owner to the breathtaking views from the balcony.You will not be disappointed!!
