I brought my family to Pelican Beach Resort for an end-of-summer vacation, and we had a great time! The location was perfect, and the view from our room was amazing. We enjoyed our time at the beach earlier in the day and also spent some time relaxing at the pool, which was very clean and well-maintained.The resort itself was very clean, the staff was friendly, and there was a great variety of restaurants nearby, which made dining super convenient.One downside was that the beach service stopped issuing chairs and umbrellas at 5 pm, and we were disappointed that we were not able to use our personal tent at all. It would have been nice to have more flexibility to enjoy the beach earlier in the day.Overall, though, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely come back for the location, views, and relaxing atmosphere.

Birthday Celebration

My husband and I invited 3 couples for my Birthday getaway. The place was just as listed, but much better in person. We had a private chef to come and prepare our all white birthday brunch. It was perfect!!! Location was everything!! I will definitely be staying here again. We had the best time!

Pelican beach resort

Stay was great, the weather did not want to cooperate, but still had a good time. The only downside was not being allowed to take our own beach chairs to the waters edge and having to rent one if you want one close

Beautiful Gulf of Mexico Stay

Destin beach and ocean beautiful. Nice size clean pools and hot tubs but very family centered, lots of kids so not any in pool time for our adult group. But nice lounging around pools with plenty chaise lounges. Tiki beach bar great, good food in Cafe not cheap but to be expected in this area.

Gorgeous Views

We enjoyed our stay in 213! Easy to get to the condo, easy beach access, great pool! Condo had most of what you need! Just wish the left more garbage bags and had some coffee filters!

We had a great stay! Kitchen was fully stocked. Wish there were hooks to hang towels in the second bathroom.

Needs lots of updates!

We had some issues with this property. The refrigerator didnt work, kitchen sink leaks, master bedroom toilet run constantly and we had maintenance there twice. A drawer in the fridge door came off and broke glass everywhere, also cutting my leg!! It was antique decor not a beachy theme which we didnt like.

Great Vacation Stay

The condo was clean and well kept. The location was perfect. Many restaurants and stores around. Checkin was the most convenient process ive experienced lately. Would highly recommend this place.

Great location

Property was clean. Adequate supplies to get us started. Great ocean view. Nice pools and hot tub. Quiet! Walking distance to restaurants and groceries. No issues with parking.

Pelican

We were told there was some renovation work of outdoor walkways taking place on floors 9-16. There would be some noise and dust. It started at 8am and continued til 5pm. Jack hammering and such. We we on floor 2 and it was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation in our apartment. The walkways to the front were blocked so we had to walk in the drive. This place is not in walking distance to anything. Must go by car everywhere. Great place if you just want a resort on the beach and nothing else. Felt the renovations should have been explained quite differently.

Very nice condo

Great view, beautiful condo, well equipped! The ONLY issue was the guest bedroom where my grandson and his wife slept. They noticed a sour smell on the corner of the pillows. I gave them 2 pillows out of the closet in the master bedroom. They kept smelling the odor faintly. The day before we checked out my grandson pulled back the sheets and mattress pad. Underneath the mattress pad was a foam mattress pad that had orange stains on it. That was where the odor was coming from. Other than that we had a wonderfull stay and would definitely book again but will check all bedding at check-in.
