フォートストーリー ホテル

「とてもいいホテルでした。海で遊んだり、目の前」

「Staff was excellent. Clean rooms.」

「The front staff said not including breakfast though I had offered breakfast via expedia. She also required me to pay for staying fee unless I had finished my payment via expedia. 」

「The beach view was great. We were on the 7th floor. The outdoor pools were both closed. We got clean towels but no other service. For a whole week stay— no bed making, no bathroom cleaning, not even a vacuum run over the carpet. Surprised. It was late in the season but we deserved some guest treatment. The location is awesome.」

「My room 621 could not receive any internet signal. I had to go to the lobby with my tablet to get on the internet. Both elevators broke down several times. I had to walk up and down six floors. The dish TV was out the last two days I was there. The Coffee maker Was broken for three days. Finally, I saw their maintenance man working on it on Sunday afternoon. And $15.00 a night to park is a money grab. The worse was people panhandling us in the parking lot. The room was good and clean.」

「Alright」

「Room was clean but the building and room was very outdated. The ceiling in the room was leaking a pieces of the deterioration was falling on the floor. Balcony furniture not clean, has to use towels to preserve my clothes. Balcony needed to be power washed. Staff was nice and understanding.」
