Mom and Daughter getaway

The condo is beautiful. My parents stayed here several times in the past. My dad is no longer with us, so i wanted to bring mom here for her vacation in paridise!

We had a great time! We enjoyed the pool and people in the community were very friendly. Kitchen faucet ended up springing a leak, but it was fixed right away.

Inaccurate details of property

When we arrived at condo bathroom light didn’t work. We called and spoke to Lisa the property owner this was on Saturday she told us it would be Monday before she could get it fixed. Considered this was the only bathroom in the condo it should have been fixed when it was cleaned. My husband went and bought a bulb and fixed our bathroom light so we could see to shower and all. No one ever followed up with us about this or anything. The screen on the back porch had huge holes and back screen door did not latch properly so you could sit out back without being ate up. We were not told that the ocean village pool was shut down till further notice. I understand t try hinge happen but as much as you pay for these condos these are all things that should have been taken care of and the pool should have been at least noted in the details. Other than that the resort itself is very quiet and secure and the private beach is very nice.

What a great little find.. Condo perfect for what I waslooking for quiet close to the beach. Condo had everything it said, very comfortable . Nice little 3 par golf course which was really fun and cheap. Played often. Easy check in would go back again for sure.

Nice vacation place

Very nice location of Ocean Village and the condo itself in the Ocean village! Great view and easy access to the amenities and beach. Large collection of beach supplies such as chairs, umbrellas... even canopies. which we could use any time, that was really helpful to have. The condo is equipped really well and pretty clean. The only thing I would like the manager to ask their cleaning crew to make doors cleaner. But overall we had excellent time. Thanks.

I travel for work and I’m in the area a few time a year. I always prefer to stay in Ocean Village, it’s comfortable, quiet and clean. This condo was very clean and in a great location in Ocean Village.

This property is great for relaxation. The condo is close to beach and pool area. The condo is fully equipped. Golf and tennis on the property. Mike was a great host and very accommodating.

The location was really good on the golf course. It definitely needs some work on it. The shower curtain has mold on it, the shower floor was patched with epoxy that looks terrible. The painters should be fired. The deadbolt didn't have a key so only the lever locked. Needs room darkening curtains in the bedroom.

Long Holiday Weekend

Good place to stay, near the main pool with a Tiki Bar, near the restaurant, the gym. The Beach is a short one minute walk. Many restaurants close by. I would stay here again. One Bedroom with Kitchen as well as Washer/Dryer. All the comforts of home. ACE worked great and the WiFi worked great.

Wonderful and safe location!!!

The property owner was very friendly!! Kept me updated on weather in area before we arrived. The Apartment was in a perfect location. Just a quick walk to the private beach! The gated community made us feel very safe. We loved our stay. Had a lovely stay. The only improvement is it could have been cleaned better.

Nice large place. Convenient to the beaches.

It is a very comfortable spacious place. It is right on the first hole of the golf course. It's close to the pool and beach access. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed. We will mostly likely visit there again.

No hot water!

Condo was mostly clean (needs a new shower curtain, a new shower enclosure. Hole in bottom of shower patched with epoxy). No Hot water for my entire stay. Spoke to Owner 4 times no one ever showed to attempt to fix. Owner offered me a 1 day credit which I declined. Told him that was not good enough, I would have actually accepted the 1 day credit if owner had actually tried to get it fixed. No matter what the owners may say about this review not to treat this situation as an emergency tells me all I need to know...stay away!

Great Family Destination

We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed every bit of it. Mike was easy to deal with and spot on with dining recommendations. It was a very short walk out of the back door to the beach and the pool. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you for having us.
