Experience the best of Fort Myers at The Vistas at Eastwood, located just off I-75 for easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment, including The Forum and Topgolf. Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature spacious floor plans, full kitchens with modern appliances, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Relax by the resort-style pool and spa, unwind in open-air cabanas, or treat your furry friend to the private dog park.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

Once you book, we’ll ask for your email and share a secure link for you to access our screening process. Please chat with us if you have any questions!

Very disappointed

Day #1. Only 2 hand towels in the entire unit. Notice police were called to the property. #2 Towels were delivers Thank you but I reported bathtub drain plugged ,very slippery and dryer does not work. Police there again. Every day there were police fire or ambulance there. No one came to fix tub or dryer. Pool area was ok but needed some clean up. The main bathroom had some kind of wall switch that we were not familiar with and the lights would turn off. If you were in the shower that’s very dangerous. Especially bc the shower had a slippery bottom ( no mats) and was holding water. On the last day my husband fell … right from in the tub to the bathroom floor. He hit his head and hip. I wrote this is my final check out and was told they sent someone right away after they heard about his accident. There is a “work farm” prison right across the street. I wonder if that is why we saw police there every day.

Need to improve check in

No code supplied for key access. Instructions said to contact Landing HQ for code but no phone number was provided. Finally found a number online and it said the property manager was not working. Another try for finance finally found someone who could look up the code. Two days after I was there I got a welcome email with the phone number on it.
