House - Resort Pool & Ocean Access
Enjoy your private resort-style pool on a Gulf-access canal, this home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, and a 2-car garage. Located in the quiet Iona neighborhood; 10 minutes from Sanibel, 15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, and 25 minutes from Downtown.
**Please Note: The house is undamaged from the storm, however there is some fencing down and we are unsure when the fence will be replaced with high labor demands in the area.
The Space:
The home has a master bedroom with a private bathroom and the 2 guest rooms share a common bathroom which is accessible from the backyard. The open floorplan unifies the kitchen and living space and has plenty of windows offering natural light and views of the backyard. TV with basic cable, bringing a smart TV/streaming device to connect via HDMI/Wi-Fi is recommended.
The dock is on a saltwater canal with Gulf access.
The backyard has ample space, patio furniture, and a propane grill available. The Grotto and foliage surrounding the fenced-in backyard gives plenty of privacy making the pool a real centerpiece to the home's experience.
The pool does NOT have a jacuzzi/hot tub, there is a daily fee to heat the entire pool due to gas costs. This saltwater pool has a beach-style entry, fountain, large sun-shelf, waterfalls cascading over the grotto and seating area, as well as fiber optic lighting. The pool systems run on automated timers and do NOT need manual operation however the pool lighting can be remote controlled to the guest's desire.
Guest Access:
Keypad access allows for convenient self check-in.
There’s a 2-car garage available and the driveway can fit up to 4 cars.
Other Details:
Disclosure: There are 6 security cameras around the exterior of the house covering the entrances, pool, dock, and canal. The cameras are for security and liability protection for both the guests and owner in the case an incident should occur (theft, damage, tampered equipment, etc.).
Location/Getting Around:
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is NOT within easy walking distance to shopping or restaurants, however the nearest shopping is Sanibel Outlets (2 miles away) and the nearest beach is Bunche Beach (3 miles away).
