Cape Coral Gem

I would recommend this property for anyone traveling to the Cape Coral/ Fort Myers area.The pictures don’t even capture how beautiful the home is. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable, and the highlight of the home is the enclosed patio and pool with its running waterfall. We didn’t want to leave, and will definitely return.

Amazingly beautiful and peaceful Cape Coral stay:)

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home was very clean and beautiful! The location was perfect everything we needed was within a 20mile radius from the house. The pool was are favorite part, such a peaceful getaway:) we will be coming back to stay again in the near future

We had an amazing time! Very very clean. Location was close to grocery/dollar store for needs. Pool was totally great for our 4 kids. Great layout of house. Couldn’t have been better!! 5 stars ⭐️

Fun getaway

This property was everything we were looking for and fit our group size perfectly. Most of our time was spent outside and in the pool. We would definitely book here again in the future!

Nice house with everything you need

The property was great, it had plenty of space for everyone. The directions were clear and well documented everywhere. The master bedroom was huge and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub was very nice although with the bad weather we had we did not get to use it that often.

Nice retreat

Property itself was great. Pool heater wasn’t working the last 3 days of our stay, but we made due. Traffic was a little loud. Really enjoyed the home itself though.

Great till A/C was turned off

Nice clean house. Pictures are very accurate with how the house looks, no deceiving there. How ever, did have an issue with the A/C. Messaged property manager at 7:40a about issue, left and was gone until 3-4 that afternoon, turned A/C up to 74 which is what the booklet they provided says its set to. No response from property manager until after 12pm about issue in house, so almost 5 hours later. Was told A/C was froze up… we inspected A/C no signs at all of it being frozen up. PO turned A/C off that evening while we were there so needless to say spent a lot of money to sleep in a very hot uncomfortable environment. Theres a chance A/C could have been frozen the previous night but woke up to home be 72 which was fine and then they had close to 7 hours before we got back to figure out issue, instead they waited until we got there. Slept in an 80 degree home our last night. We live in florida also with 20 year old A/Cs running at 72 during day and 65 at night so I know A/C can work in FL weather.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the pool, patio, and ping pong. Thank you for sharing you beach towels and making it easy on our family. It was a lovely property.

Great Vacation Home

Beautiful home. So very clean. Well-equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. Two "sharing shelves" in kitchen pantry with food staples including breakfast items and popcorn and crackers etc. Drip coffee pot and Keurig. Nice touch was also the "sharing shelf" in hallway closet with extra items such as shampoos and conditioners and body wash etc. Pool was lovely and we also enjoyed spa hot tub. Management company very responsive to our questions before and during trip.

Birthday Getaway

We had a great weekend enjoying the pool & pool spa, house is big and all details are beautiful, equipped with everything you might need. Only negative is the AC was controlled. I tried adjusting to our comfort but it never did, it would remain at whatever it was set. We’re used to 74 degrees at home, and the house was always at 79-80 during the day. We made sure all doors and windows remained closed. I tried contacting the same number that would message me, but no response. Aside from that, it was an amazing/relaxing weekend.

Great home

We loved the home! It was clean, spacious and in a good location. The pool was amazing too! Loved sitting out on the lanai and just hanging out. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Fantastic

We were BEYOND thrilled with this property Check In and Out Process is SUPER easy Property had everything....and was extremely clean. I accidentally left a backpack when we checked out - got a hold of the owner and they were nothing but AMAZING at communication with picking it up. I would suggest this place to anyone and everyone.

Perfect Family Getaway

We traveled as a family with our 11 and 14 year olds and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house was well appointed, perfect layout for for teems and parents to have space to enjoy. We spent a couple of days just having pool lazy days and the pool and spa were perfect. We paid for the heated pool and if you like a hot tub...then it is required for the spa. Great day trips to Sanibel, Pine Island, rented a private boat with captain and went to beaches and thru all the mangroves. Peaceful and perfect house for families that want to chill out and relax.

Heaven.

I hesitate to give my honest opinion of this property - I'm afraid it will then be booked constantly and we will never be able to return! When we first pulled into the driveway, we were a bit surprised that it is on a fairly busy street. However, when we opened the front door, all four of us just sighed. It's so beautiful, it actually brought tears to my eyes! The photos really don't do it justice. The home is not only gorgeous, but beautifully laid out and the energy is incredible. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. It had been 2+ years since we'd traveled as a family, and being parents of teenagers lots of things change in a short time! This home offered absolutely everything. My husband and I relaxed in the hot tub, made frozen drinks and had movie night on comfy couches with our 14-year old every evening. My daughter and I slept in every morning and spent the afternoon in the pool. (By the way, the pool looks spectacular in the photos, but it is even more beautiful in person!) My husband and son went out fishing or golfing every morning. Even my 16 year old son had a gorgeous bedroom to sit and sulk about missing his girlfriend. It was such a beautiful bedroom, I didn't even feel badly about him spending most of his time there. I figure, if 3/4 of the family has a fantastic trip, its a success! As far as the location, although the front of the house is on a main street, it is very peaceful both inside and in the back where the lanai and the pool are. You would never know there is a main drag in front, and we had easy access to a fantastic Publix supermarket that is a stone's throw from the house. I wished I'd brought bikes, we could have biked around - sidewalks everywhere, and polite drivers! :) Cape Coral is perfectly situated to all of our favorite places in the area. We took several drives to Sanibel, and Lover's Key State Park for sand, swimming and shelling. There were so many new beaches to discover, but we enjoyed going back to all of the spots we visited pre-COVID. We reminisced a lot as so much has changed in the past few years. We road tripped from New York and our car was loaded with beach gear. No need! It's all there and more. Pool toys if you have little ones as well. The house is so well-stocked, my daughter asked if there were clothes for us too! :) (There weren't) My husband and I have planned for years to buy an RV and hit the road. This trip was so perfect, we're thinking of relocating to Cape Coral instead!

Chiquita Blvd House

Very clean property, furnishings and appliances in very good condition, linens and kitchen supplies well equipped and in very good condition, pool and spa excellent with outstanding landscaping, owners were very attentive to needs. General location is great, only exception is property being on an active boulevard lending to high traffic noise and some difficulty entering and exiting driveway. Overall we had a great stay!!

Even better than expected

This house was the perfect accommodations for my family of 6. The photos and description of this property do not give it justice. The pool area was a nice way to unwind every evening after our fun/beach filled days. My kids (ages 16, 15, 12 and 6) absolutely loved it. The place was extremely clean, the beds were very comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with any equipment you would want, and there was an abundance of beach accessories to use that were very useful! Would absolutely stay here again.

Family friendly

We absolutely loved staying in your place! The pool and spa were a treat each day we stayed with you, and the inside layout worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to make meals at home when we chose to do so. Linens were also well stocked. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the master bedroom pillows. Other than that minor suggestion, the house and pool was immaculate! I would definitely stay here again!!

This house should be for 6 people not for 9

the beds are small you only can fit 1 person per bed , rest of us were sleeping on the couches and we find one bed under the bed we used ... i tried calling the manager but no answer i waited 30 mints oh the phone every time i called still no answer
