Couldn’t have been better

The property is exactly how it is pictured, very clean and well kept. There were a lot of extras that the hosts, Mike and Sue, offered that were the cherry on top of a great stay. The hosts were also great with communication periodically checking in to make sure no questions or concerns arose and that we made it to the property and got in ok. We made plenty use of the beach chairs and umbrella which were such a life saver on those hot and sunny afternoons. The pool was always perfect temperature whether it was a morning dip or night swim. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you may need to cook with, including a crock pot and blender! This property has been one of the best equipped and clean properties we’ve stayed in. Truly felt like home during our trip!

Wonderful stay

House is exactly as described. Wonderful design and loved the pool! So appreciated that the hosts include the pool heat, electricity and nice amenities in the price rather than making you feel like you are being nickel and dimed. House had everything you need for your stay and is worth the money. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to food and grocery. Only suggestion I would make is to provide a garage door remote, a tv that allows for streaming and new mattress in the master. (It’s very soft but a bit saggy). Would definitely stay here again. Amazing property

This is one of the best places you will ever stay at! First off, the owners are fantastic, communicate and give you everything you need. The place is beautiful, the supplies are magnificent and plentiful. One of my favorite places. We will stay here again and again. Thanks Mike and Sue for sharing your home with us!

Three weeks of paradise!

This home is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Immaculately kept and a pleasure to stay in. We loved the area - very quiet but close to anything you need. The communication with Mike and Sue was second to none from the day we booked this house. I had my newborn granddaughter with us and they made sure we had what we needed at the house for her sleeping and eating needs. Getting in the house earlier in the day was no problem for them either as our flight arrived earlier in the day. Mike and Sue’s goal is to ensure their guests have the best experience ever and they nailed it! I am hoping this house is available when we book a future trip to Cape Coral.

Everything was just as stated in the description and pictures, very well stocked with everything to make you feel right at home, Mike & Sue communicated to make sure everything was going well and if we had any question's thank you for that, on a scale of 1-10 it’s definitely a 10 the only thing I would say is that it needs a rail for getting in and out of the pool and a sun shade on the lanai for when the sun starts to set it gets pretty bright during the dinner hour but that’s not a bad thing, once again thank you Mike & Sue for striving to make our stay relaxing and comfortable, we would definitely come back and recommend this property to anyone for their next vacation in the sunshine state. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wayne S.

Exceptional

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exceptional. It was a very peaceful neighborhood and easy to get access. Mike and Sue were outstanding hosts and were very attentive and responsive to our needs. If we are ever in the area again, there is no question where we would want to stay.

Winter get away

Very well cared for property on a quiet street. House has a nice floor plan with plenty of room. Kitchen is well equipped. Beautiful pool area with a gas grill and outside dining area. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. Could not ask for any better hosts.

Wonderful stay in Cape coral

We had the most wonderful vacation in Cape Coral. This property is beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. From beach chairs and coolers for our beach days to relaxing days by the pool, this property had it all. Hoping to come back some time!

Family vacation

Amazing property! My family enjoyed the heated pool. The kids loved the color changing lights on the pool at night. The house was clean and has everything anyone would want or need. Mike and Sue the owners of the property were excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

Mariner House

Comfortable and well cared for property. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful screened in salt water pool. Only a short drive to shopping and easy commute to all activities in the Cape Coral area. Hosts are very accessible and quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful home!

A beautiful house perfect for a getaway 🌴

The hosts of the beautiful rental home made sure our stay was amazing and had everything a family needs to feel welcomed and at home. The house is perfect, clean, and very spacious. The home is on a clean canal and has many wildlife birds to watch and enjoy. We would definitely recommend. Thank you for your hospitality and beautiful accommodations.

Let me start by saying that the owners of this property were absolutely amazing to work with before we even arrived. We had questions before the trip and what may have been a strange request and they were quick to respond and so very accommodating. With a two week stay, we probably had more questions than normal, but every time they were quick to respond and take care of things. Then there is the house. From the moment of walking in, we couldn't believe that everything was even better than the pictures. We have stayed in a lot of rental homes but this one had more necessities and extras than any place weve stayed. Most of the things that we brought (based on past experiences) weren't even needed. Everything from measuring cups and spoons to plastic utensils and paper plates. And lets not forget the spices gallore!! It really was a home away from home. Its funny that usually being away from home for a period of time and then coming back, that first night in your own bed is like heaven. OUR first night back home left us wishing we were back sleeping on those mattresses!!! (We seriously need to know the brand and kind). The last thing I would like to talk about is the outdoor area where we spent most of our time when we weren't asleep. The pool is perfect for volleyball fun or just floating and relaxing. The benches on each end were the pefect height for sitting and chatting in the water. The fountains were the perfect water feature giving such a tranquil state of mind. There was a new sectional that we loved for lounging. The screened area allowed us to be outside day and night without worrying about bugs but still able to get sun without issue. Even during the afternoon rains we were able to enjoy the lanai area. And the dock.....I think the men and the boys spent most of their time casting and reeling. They caught several different kinds of fish. Very quiet and relaxing area. As you can see we are big fans of both the property as well as the owners. We would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here.

We absolutely loved the property. Very clean! The many accommodations were so nice. They really did think of EVERYTHING. When we weren't at the beach, we were in the pool. Highly recommend this listing.

Clean, quiet and amazing hosts! Our stay was perfect!

We loved the pool and the light color, beach theme throughout the home. The hosts communicated in a timely fashion and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was everything that we hoped for; I mean, they have thought of everything! Our family has stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and never has a home been better stocked. They have beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler, beach umbrella, sand toys and some rafts for guest use which is super nice for those traveling by air. There are ziplocks, spices, cooking spray, foil, plates, napkins...I mean, amazing! We did replace anything that we used up to allow the same experience for the next guest(s) so I would encourage folks to continue that trend. The lanai is amazing. We spent most of our time there when we weren't away at the beach. The only downside if I had to pick one would be that you have to commute roughly 1.5 hours to the beach, but this forced us to check out many of the beaches. Highly recommend Boca Grande (you will find shark teeth!!), Seista Key (amazing sand and sunset) or Pass-a-Grille Beach. Fort Meyers was nice, but was super populated compared to others. Make sure you leave early for the beach or arrive around 3-4 pm or you will have a difficult time finding public parking. We had the BEST time and a lot of it was due to our amazing hosts!!!

Great property and hosts!

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and immaculate, the hosts were very nice, and quick to respond. We love the Cape Coral area, there are lots of great restaurants nearby, and close to day adventures as well. We can’t wait to stay again next year! Thank you!
