Located on the much-desired north end of Fort Myers Beach, Paradise on Primo offers walkable access to the historical Times Square, Margaritaville Resort, and the newly reopened restaurant and entertainment bar, The Whale! This location is steps to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and most importantly, the white sandy beach along the Gulf of Mexico. Recently renovated, this 1500 sq. ft. canal front private vacation home has a pool, a hot tub, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and room for sleeping up to 10 guests that will provide you with memorable vacation experiences. For a fraction of the cost, you can take in the nearby buzz of activity while enjoying all the amenities of a private home!

If you enjoy having it all, a private place to relax and gather, yet walkable to everything the FMB area has to offer, then this is the place for you! You are just a few minutes' walk to the easily accessible 7-mile stretch of sandy white beaches, the iconic Times Square, and the entertainment activities of the newly opened Margaritaville Resort that includes a 15,000 sq ft heated lagoon called Fins Up. Nearby, the Old San Carlos Boulevard area provides water sport rentals, sightseeing tours, dolphin and sunset cruises, additional family friendly island adventures, beach shops, fabulous boutiques, and plenty of restaurants that offer fresh coastal cuisine along with ocean views.

Our location is ideal for easy on and off access to the Island. The north end Matanzas Pass Bridge is only a few blocks away and offers an easy route to alternative day excursions to the nearby cities of Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples, with plenty of additional shopping, dining and sightseeing experiences. The Fort Myers Southwest Florida International Airport is also conveniently located. If you prefer to stay on the island, you can ride the trolley or tram. Otherwise, you can walk or rent bikes and ride around this quintessential Florida beach town and explore the different parks and sites!

Paradise on Primo offers everything needed for a fun-filled vacation! When planning for a day at the beach, this vacation home includes a beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, and a cooler. The private pool, with its sunkissed deck and spa, provides chaise loungers, Adirondack chairs, and pool toys for relaxation and play. The lower poolside patio includes a large dining table and a comfortable sofa sectional where you can gather, relax, take a break in the shade, and still enjoy the view. A gas grill, tiki toss, and 2nd refrigerator are included. Along the canal, you can relax on the dock, watch the occasional boat passing by, often see fish jumping, or if you're lucky, catch a glimpse of a dolphin or manatee swimming past. Kayaking in the harbor or nearby canals is an additional fun activity.

As the sun sets and you look to gather in the lower patio for an evening swim, you can catch the sunsetting sky and then turn on the colorful lights as you unwind from your day. Alternatively, you can take a break in the upper screened-in lanai with plenty of seating options to see the gorgeous view of the Matanzas Pass Bridge leading to the island! This home offers many places for all guests to gather, relax, and enjoy their stay!

The home has been updated with new furnishings, bedding, and appliances. All three bedrooms are located on the upper level. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite. A second bedroom also offers a king bed and the third room has full bunk beds. The living room offers another sleeping option with a twin trundle daybed combination. The open concept gathering spaces on the upper level include a dining area with table seating for eight and a living room with plenty of seating. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you expect for your cooking and includes a blender and an electric griddle. In addition to the primary bedroom en-suite, guests will find another well stocked upper level bathroom that includes the laundry area. An additional half bath is found in the lower patio.

Flat screen TVs are located throughout the house in both the lower and upper areas and bedrooms. For additional entertainment, WIFI, streaming, and cable are available, along with games for familiar family entertainment. Stair access to the upper living areas is available from both the pool and front street parking. Driveway parking for 2-3 cars is available. Boats are welcome and a 40 foot dock is available for mooring.

Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Non-aggressive breed dogs up to 25 lbs are permitted with a pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after, and are not allowed on any neighbor's property.
