The Bay Village Condominium is still doing some minor post hurricane repair work on the common areas to include the Sauna. As a result, the condo HOA is requiring all owners, guests & renters to sign a construction disclaimer/waiver prior to occupancy. Management will send a copy of the disclaimer/waiver after your booking reservation.
The pool, pool bath, tennis/pickleball court and elevator are available for guest use.
The Bay Village Condominium community offers a serene and peaceful home base for guests who want to enjoy a beach vacation, but also want a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. Located on the desirable south end of Estero Island, home of Fort Myers Beach, Bay Village offers a lovely maintained park-like setting, close to the fun, sun, and sand - but far away enough to refresh and relax.
**Please allow a minimum of 10 days for HOA approval when planning your reservation.**
As an end unit, this condo offers additional windows in the main living area, creating a lighter and brighter space. In this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo you will enjoy:

Open concept main living area includes kitchen, dining, and an expanded living room with open sunroom overlooking the lagoon behind the community; living room space has a sofa, two recliners and large screen TV with YouTube TV and streaming channels (guests will need their own log-ins for streaming channels.)

The public beach access is just .5 miles from the condo, just about a 10 minute walk or a few minutes drive. There you will find our beautiful Gulf, where you can sun, play, swim, enjoy sunrise runs along the beach, and dazzling sunsets at night.
When you aren't at the beach, Estero Island local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, boat/water sport and bicycle rentals are in abundance. Santini Marina Plaza, home to a seasonal farmers market (open on Thursday) is coming back to life with new shops opening close to the condo. The island grocery and drug store are convenient to the condo community, as well - and you're just a few minutes' drive to the popular Times Square & Bayside Park, which are the heart of Fort Myers Beach, where all the fun happens!
Take the Island's Beach Trolley (when available) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and a trip to the Everglades!
Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins, the Boston Red Sox, and lots of golf!
A trip to Fort Myers Beach has a little something for everyone. We can't wait for you to fall in love with our tropical paradise!
