This bright and airy two-bed/two-and-a-half-bath condo is tucked right between the bay and the beach! Located in Santa Maria Condominiums, fantastic community amenities include a sparkling heated pool, a hot tub, and grilling areas. Just 200 feet from beach access, this home offers an easy trip to the sand and surf. Relax on-site, Estero Boulevard and explore all the island has to offer! After a day of adventure, return to your serene living space, with an enclosed private balcony, coastal chic decor, and a gleaming kitchen with brand-new countertops and cabinetry. This condo is an ideal Estero Island beach retreat!

Unwind in the living area, complete with a couch, love seat, and desk area. A flatscreen TV with an extended cable package offering +200 channels awaits for at-home movie nights. Release your inner chef in the gleaming kitchen, where brand-new countertops and a full suite of appliances await. While dinner simmers, two can perch at the breakfast bar. When meals are ready, the dining table seats four.

Sip morning coffee on the enclosed private balcony, complete with a table seating for four. Community amenities include an 8’-deep heated pool (open year-round), a hot tub, and grilling areas - all within steps of your front door. The canal on the other side of the property is ideal for fishing or watching manatees go by.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location - just a short walk to the beach, the farmers market on Tuesdays and Thursdays, a coffee shop, and a very nice Italian restaurant. The house was very clean and when I reached out to the host they responded immediately.

So many safety issues I’m not sure where to start. The check in process was horrible. They gave me a code that didn’t work. We were outside for hours in the heat trying to get in. I told them we have a disable person and would need a new unit if we couldn’t get in soon due to the heat. The elevator code didn’t work either. We finally have number ours calls and texts got the cleaning’s lady code finally. I was told elevator wasn’t “ there problem because it was listed as an accessory”. We it was.. that’s why we booked. Disable people need access too. The people who responded to our repeated requests should be ashamed of themselves and those responses

Beautiful Condo -Fort Meyers Beach

The condo was great. Exactly as described. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed. And the HEATED pool was a dream!

Nice location

Two story unit. Newer kitchen and half bath downstairs. Upstairs 2 very small bathrooms could use upgrading. Would consider returning except price went up 50% for next year.

Great stay! Love FMB

We had a great stay. Clean condo. Great space. Had to message where beach access was but they responded within minutes! Only complaint was we wished the TVs were smart TV devices so we could sign in or cast a movie at night as we were winding down. FMB and the area around it are my absolute favorite. They’re still rebuilding but the people are so nice and accommodating. Many restaurants are open with great food and more options coming back soon! I can’t wait to revisit!

very comfortable condo with close beach access

We stayed here between Christmas and New Year 2023/24. Overall we were very happy with the condo. The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the layout with living room/kitchen/laundry/half-bath on one level and 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs. We were expecting 2 baths so the main level half-bath was a very pleasant surprise. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes and was directly across the road, which was easy to get across during our stay. At the time we stayed there, the beach was mostly unoccupied so we were able to easily find a place to set up and it was easy to go back to the condo if we wanted to get something else. The kitchen was stocked with the expected cooking utensils/cookware. The living room furniture was comfortable and there were cozy blankets. Beach towels were located in the laundry room. The Publix and CVS were about a mile away on the same road and easy to get to for groceries and other supplies. The reason for the "disappointing" accuracy rating is that the listing said there were 2 bikes and wifi, which was a large factor in choosing this unit. There were no bikes and the "wifi" in the unit did not exist since the router was not plugged into anything (or able to be plugged into anything). We contacted the property manager and received a quick response, but nothing was actually fixed. We were told later that the internet issue has now been fixed, but this occurred after we left. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very Happy

We were very happy with the accomodations. They were neat and clean. The swimming pool and hottub were refreshing. The Fort Myers area in general still has a long way to go for complete recovery from Hurricane Ian.

We had a pleasant stay at this condo in February 2024. It was not as clean upon check-in as I'm used to, with many noticeable crumbs on the couch cushions on arrival. We felt the need to wash dishes before using them. I would say a lot of the unit felt a bit run down and a bit dingy (rust spots in the both tub, worn couches, etc.) We were never able to find or were told about how to find the bikes or the beach toys. That said, we did manage to take advantage of the beautiful pool every day and the condo is conveniently located to many beautiful beaches. It's a quiet condo despite this unit being close to the main road. We enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony for dinner and watching the sunset over the gulf. The condo has a lot of potential, but we likely wouldn't stay here again until a few updates and a thorough cleaning of the unit is done.

Great Condo.. Vacasa Horrible Property Management

The code to get in was lost in my texts so it took me a while to locate.. needing a 9 Digit code to unlock door every time is annoying. There were no keys for the storage shed, so no bikes, no beach equipment. I telework so needed WiFi but the WiFi didn’t work! I contacted Vacasa way too many times to count. I was told a repairmen would come, no one ever came. I was told a manager would call. No one ever called. I had my 80 year old Mom and no beach chair. I had my 17yo son and no bikes, I had to work and No WiFi. The garbage disposal was broken and the sink was clogged and smelly. The freezer was full of ice because someone didn’t put the ice tray in properly. The water pressure in the guest bathroom is terrible. We all wound up using the master bathroom. The remotes to the tvs were all in a cabinet in the living room. We couldn’t get the upstairs TVs to work, but we did finally figure out the living room even tho the batteries were critically low.. The beach was beautiful, and the pool was great! But Vacasa is a horrible management company. I tried to handle this privately, but again no response.. tickets were put in for help, I was told they were being expedited.. but nothing… so sad such an amazing property is using such a horrible property management company.

Great place

Overall a great place to stay and would recommend! It was overall clean but there were a couple spots like the fans that haven’t been cleaned in months. We read a couple reviews of the master bedroom missing a box spring/being uncomfortable but the bed was actually great. The water pressure in the master bathroom was awesome and I really appreciate how clean the bathrooms were. The living room TV is pretty small and could use an upgrade but we really liked the 200+ channels. It’s a short walk to a really beautiful beach, but we couldn’t find the directions to the beach access, but thankfully someone pointed us in the right direction. The pool and hot tub were also a short walk behind the condo and really nice and clean.

The condo was nice and very roomy! We had 4 in our party. It was about a two minute walk to the beach. There are great restaurants within a quick short drive, as well as a Publix grocery store. We will definitely stay again.

Property location is perfect to a private beach. All of the amenities are great with beach supplies, bikes, pool and anything needed for a beach vacation! Several great restaurants within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back some day & stay longer

Enjoyed the weather

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We do think the kitchen pots and pans could have been better quality. The 2 frying pans that were there were very poor. We were disappointed that there were no bathroom facilities at the beach. My husband has back issues which made it very inconvenient to have to walk back to condo.
