Welcome to Island Vibes, a beautiful four-bedroom home located directly on a canal, offering a private pool, small dock, and a spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxation and fun. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings allows natural light to flood the home, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, while family and friends can gather around the large island or in the comfortable living room. Step out onto the screened lanai for additional seating and dining options, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.

On the main level, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to the lanai, while the two guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed. The lower level provides a private retreat for grandparents or a couple with young children, with a full bed, a sleeper sofa, a walk-in shower, and its own fully equipped kitchen. Though there is no interior access to the bathroom on this level, it provides a comfortable and convenient space for extended stays. Escape to your waterfront sanctuary at Island Vibes on Palermo and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing getaway that has something for everyone.

Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

Boat lift is not for guest use, however a guest can tie a small boat, kayak or jet skis to it.

Piece of Paradise!

Great place, 5 min walk to beach, very clean and plenty of space. Outdoor area very nice with pool and BBQ. On a canal that’s easy to get out to ocean or inland. Many restaurants close if you want to go on the boat. Kitchen is well equipped with everything also great washer and dryer. Upstairs and downstairs. Will stay here again soon. Thank you for the stay it was wonderful.
