Enjoy this renovated 2 bed, 2 bath beachfront condo. Kitchen and both bathrooms fully renovated with tile throughout, granite counter tops and new fixtures. New tile floor throughout the entire condo and all new furniture as well. This condo is brand new after Hurricane Ian! Fresh paint on every wall. Keyless Door entry so no need to worry about who has the key. On property heated pool and within walking distance to many restaurants and amenities. Free Wi-Fi. Smart TVs on swing mounts in living room and both bedrooms.

Master bedroom has king size bed with walk-in closet and full bath. Guest room has two twin beds with trundles. One trundle pulls out to another twin bed while the other trundle can be used for storage/dresser space, walk-in closet and bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchen includes an eat-in area plus a breakfast bar on the new granite counter top.

Located on the 4th floor, this condo is fully stocked and ready for you to kick up your feet and enjoy the beach in wonderful Florida. Ft. Myers is perfect for long walks along the white sandy beaches, shell collecting and deep sea fishing. There are several golf courses located within 20 minutes and a trolley stop across the street to take you anywhere on the island. If you will be here for an extended period, enjoy day trips to Orlando, Tampa Bay and Miami all within about a two hour drive. Or catch the ferry to the Keys daily.
