    Short Walk to Beach. Gorgeous Pool Home!



    The Space:

    113 Gulfview Avenue is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home located near the middle of Estero Island (Fort Myers Beach). Three of the four bedrooms have king beds, including the primary bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. This allows a max occupancy of 10 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.



    The front of the home features a spacious screened porch while the back of the home has an open air private pool and outdoor shower.



    This home is located on a small quiet street, just across from the beach! Within a short walk is Publix grocery where there are also restaurants and a marina. Enjoy fish, bird and boat watching all day long! This lovely island getaway is the perfect place to make memorable moments on a vacation getaway to Fort Myers Beach.



    We sincerely apologize, but the owner of this property is VERY ALLERGIC TO DOGS, SORRY, NO ANIMALS ALLOWED WHATSOEVER. If you need a rental that you can bring your pet or service animal, please let us know so we can provide other options.



    Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During high season we typically rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.



    This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.



    For security purposes, there are active cameras covering the driveway.

Excellent Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very clean. There were towels for the pool/beach as well as plenty of white towels for the inside showers.The air conditioning was perfect. The sliding doors (with locks) were so nice to have in each of the upper bedrooms.Great kitchen with many towels and hot pads. The beautiful living Tarea had a gorgeous leather sofa unit with a huge TV on the wall. There were many nice art pieces on the walls and decorations on the tables and furniture. Really great place.The completely screened in porch with furniture was lovely. We could see the gulf from the front porch. The walk to the beach was only 3 houses and across a street. I walked barefoot. The beach was clean and lovely.There were beach chairs, a great umbrella, a good size wagon (perfect for groceries and beach supplies), and a brand new grill we didn't even use!!! There were a few children beach toys, shovel, pail, diggers.The pool was clean and had lovely furniture around it.There was a great outdoor shower, perfect for cleaning off beach sand.The room under the main home was a mini apartment with a bedroom with a king size bed, a living area with a pull out sofa, a kitchenette, a closet and a large cute bathroom. Plenty of towels. The two splits kept the lower level place very cool.I would definitely stay here again.
