It's an average property for the money. The rooms have been painted, but rather sloppy. Some of the new tile work is already coming loose. Bed was comfortable and shower and water pressure was above average. Breakfast was pretty bleak. Microwave frozen sausage biquits and skim milk or OJ. For about $90 total, it was on the lower end for the scale product.

The room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of parking. Several restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly. The night was quiet.
