The appliances needed to be wipe down, there was a sticky dust film on top of the coffee maker, the table where the TV sat on. Would have like I instructions for the TV. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The room was in good condition. I stayed for two days, but no one came in to replenish my room after the first night. Curtains were in poor condition. Mattress was just so so. Overall, OK place to stay for the price. Very pleasant staff.

Would not take the chance to book there after the small experience there. Also, since when an employee will ask for all the banking information to be written on the peace of paper. I cancelled my booking and walked out of there right away.

One of Fort McMurray‘s downtown Skid Row hotels,,,we opened our blinds and seen homeless people doing drugs in the back of the property and did not feel comfortable enough to stay the night,, I lived in Fort McMurray for 16 years in my own place and worked here so I am not disrespecting Fort McMurray, I love Fort McMurray, but just never had to stay in a hotel this greasy

when we get in we saw spider crawling on the floor, blanket and pillowcl cases have stains, looks like its not being washed after someone used it, the bathtub is clogged, the toilet have trace of pee. like everything’s yucky.

The staff were pleasant and efficient. The hotel is a convenient location. The other guests were very inconsideration. Awoken at 4 a.m. by a woman banging on the door of the adjacent room screaming to be let in. The area around the hotel has open drug use, homeless rooting through dumpsters and other signs of poverty/petty crime.
