10/10 Excellent

"Great location just outside of NYC. Plenty of parking for travelers. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was quite delicious with a variety of options. The hotel was near the main attraction, American Dream. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to American Dream!"

"This establishment may have previously offered a satisfactory experience. However, it is evident that ongoing maintenance is not consistently performed. The current pricing does not align with the value provided. The property appears to be relying solely on the reputation of the Crowne Plaza brand, rather than upholding its standards."

"Our stay was over four nights. There was no breakfast as their restaurant had closed. I requested a foam pillow as I suffer from a severe allergy to down/feathers. I was told that the hotel did not have any. Throughout my extensive travels, I have never experienced this. One would expect the hotel to be more accommodating even to send a staff member out to buy a few pillows in order to protect their guests (This is not an uncommon allergy and can cause the throat to close.) The hotel needs updating. We were there two years ago and it has not been improved in any areas despite a great need to do so. The cleaning deserves kudos. The management was not helpful. I would not recommend this hotel."
