Located on the first floor, accessibility is a breeze, complemented by one designated parking spot with additional guest parking available. Please note, our property does not have a mailbox. To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.

Guests who disturb the peace or cause disruptions to the neighborhood will be immediately evicted, with no refund provided.
