The carpet is old and dirty. The staff was cordial and nice. I think to charge for parking in Florida, specially in Pompano Beach, is completely unacceptable. Worst is that you only know that you will be charged, after your stay. If I knew they would charge for parking, I would not stayed.

Room is really nice. Unfortunately the ceiling has a big mildew spot. That is the only thing that was negative. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.

Rest of staff were very accommodating. Room carpet was in need of a good steam clean as our white socks were very dirty when we took our shoes off

This hotel was amazing. Very clean. Condifable bads, the staff was incredible friendly. The pool was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was very generous. We are traveling a lot and this is one of our favorite.

There was a broken handle on the shower door which they never did fix after I told them about it. Other than that, everything was great, including the food! I would definitely stay there again!
