I've stayed at Ocean Manor before and love the vibe of the building and location. It's a great laid back place to beach, pool, eat, and drink. We chose this smaller room to keep to our budget, and because it had such a great looking balcony. We had four adults staying in the room and it was a squeeze but we made it work. The room was clean, correspondence from the host was very quick and timely, and we had no major issues. A couple of points though for someone interested in this room. The balcony is huge and has a great view of the sunrise, however there are large exhaust pipes that make constant noise located a few floors below. If you were looking to sit on the balcony and have quiet conversation, this is not the right choice for you. The AC was funny - hard to get the temp dialed in. There were instructions on the wall (which we appreciated), but it was finicky and either too warm or way too cold. Maybe we just couldn't get it right. Despite being a small unit the fridge/freezer/microwave are great to have, and there is a toaster and coffee maker/hot water kettle as well. If you stay - make sure to try the Italian restaurant on the main floor - the food is amazing (but pricey), and of course the Tiki Bar is great fun.
