Recently renovated, located just steps away from the world-famous Las Olas Boulevard & downtown Ft Lauderdale, easy access to amazing restaurants, shopping, museums, night life, close to the beaches, only 3 miles away from the airport, minutes away from Wilton Manors and Galleria Mall.


The space
Located in Victoria Park, a safe, high-end neighborhood, best place to be situated to be near beach, fun, the best shopping, dining and night life Fort Lauderdale has to offer.

The studio offers, a swimming pool, private parking, ductless AC and a grill. new comfy mattresses, pillows, fresh linens, towels, a queen bed and a queen sofa bed, organic body wash, conditioner and shampoo. Everything is of high quality.

Smart HDTV with basic cable and apps that come with the TV’s such as Netflix, Prime Roku, etc… Wireless internet with work desk, washer & dryer, private parking. has a full kitchen with quartz counter tops, all stainless-steel appliances, brand new silverware, glassware, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster and condiments to make you feel right at home while on vacation.

Per city the max occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom and 4 children per adult. Studio sleeps 4 comfortably.

Super disappointed!

Poor communication. Not clean as advertised. Floor was dirty and sticky. Bathroom wall has areas that were patched but not painted over. Pool was filled with leaves and not cleaned out daily. Refrigerator was not clean. Bathtub had mold on the caulking around the tub.

Long Weekend of Sun

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything you need in the room. Pool and loungers as part of property. Close to everything. We were able to walk to get groceries and for dinner. Quick ride over to beach. Leo was always very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for 1 or 2 people.

Cute little gem

This property is such a cute little Gem in a perfect neighborhood in Ft. Lauderdale. Close to the beach & Las Olas. We had an issue the first night but the owner was on top of it and handled it immediately! The unit is perfect for two people and maybe a small child. We would stay here 100 more times.

Truly a sweet place to stay!

The rental lived up to its listing!! The location was perfect for walking easily to Las Olas area. But it wasn’t close enough for there to be noise from the often busy area. The pool was perfect for a very relaxing day after a super busy summer. This place was a truly special getaway for our anniversary trip!! It had everything we needed. We even used the grill to cook steaks on instead of going out one night. Leo was attentive to an issue we had with the TV! He was a great host.

FL Vacation

Property is a very large efficiency with a full kitchen, good size bathroom and large living space. Nice quiet neighborhood in a great location. Short ride to the beach and walking distance to the stores, bars and restaurants on Las Olas. Leo is a great guy, very responsive and easy to reach. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Great space! Excellent Location!

This little gem is in a great location. 10 minute walk to the restaurants on Las Olas and 30 minute walk to the beach. It has a nice outdoor area with a pool (although the water was too cold for us to enjoy on this trip). The condo itself was small but plenty big enough for two people -- and the unit upstairs has a nice view and more privacy. Leo the property manager was nice and communicated promptly if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay

Oasis by Las Olas was great. Perfect location, close enough to Las Olas to walk down and grab a drink, but far enough to be nice and quiet and not have to worry about Las Olas traffic. Very Clean and comfortable.
