Amazing Home and Location

Beautiful courtyard!

The property is amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Nice for large families. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The only issue is parking. Very tight for two vehicles. We figured out a system but not much room.

Great Place

This rental was everything it's advertised to be. Beautiful, spacious, and close enough to everything you'd want in Ft. Lauderdale. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa Close to Downtown

Stayed at this lovely villa for two weeks in September. Unfortunately a work trip for a trial but the home was very spacious and the open concept kitchen, dining, family room worked very well. Four private en suite bedrooms gave everyone their necessary level of privacy. Would work well for multiple couples or families as well. Pool and outdoor area is lovely. Located in a very nice “older” neighborhood very close to downtown and Las Olas. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and 10-15 minutes to the beach side. Highly reccomend!

Lots of space.

We had a great time. We mostly went sightseeing in the day and hung out at the house in the evening. Our family of eight had a wonderful time, from ages three to seventy.

WONDERFUL!!! Could not have been better!

This rental property could not have been better! The house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool/hot tub and other amenities are amazing. The house was spotless. The owner and property managers were extremely responsive and even let us check in early the day we arrived. This house has everything you could ask for (we recommend getting a tv outside by the hot tub near the grill that is literally only thing this house is missing!). It was truly an awesome stay and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for hosting us and we wish you all the best!

A Great Winter Break from the Snowy Northeast

We loved this house and hope to return. By way of background, so that you understand the layout: there is effectively a guest wing separate from the main house, in that it is accessed by a covered stairway in the courtyard. At the top of the stairs, there is a terrace area, and a large bedroom on either side. These two bedrooms are en suite, as is the master bedroom in the main house. In addition, the main house has a full bedroom upstairs and a smaller office/bedroom that you pass through on the way to that full bedroom. So, in total, there are four full bedrooms and an easy opportunity to have a fifth. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and the upstairs bedrooms in the main house share a bathroom. There is also a powder room on the ground floor of the main house. One of the really nice features of the house is the open layout on the main floor, where kitchen, dining room, and living room are all under a very high ceiling. The layout creates an expansive feeling and offers excellent space for a large group to gather. The pool and spa are wonderful. Even when it was a little chilly during our stay, the spa was comfortably warm. When you come to Florida from the northeast during the winter, you hope to be able to swim in a pool and relax in a spa, and this hope was fully realized. The pool area is private, because it is surrounded by the courtyard, and indeed the entire house offers a feeling of privacy. We are grateful to Luke and the management team for responding to issues when they arose, and for allowing us some scheduling flexibility. We arrived on an early flight and, since the house was not occupied at the time, the managers permitted us an early check-in. Our return flight was cancelled because of a blizzard up north, and the managers allowed us to extend our stay by a day. This worked because the house was not booked immediately before or after our arrival, but the courtesy was very much appreciated. We concur with Shane’s review of January 28, which said that it would be nice to have more toilet paper and kitchen utensils – and we can add paper towels and tissues to the list – but this is not a big deal, especially since there is a Publix about half a mile from the house.

The most gorgeous Villa in FLL!

Amazing location for restaurants and bars (many walkable) along Las Olas or Federal highway! The Villa itself was bigger than I expected. Perfect place to gather for friends and family. Hired a private chef which had the perfect kitchen space for it. There could be a few more items included in the kitchen and bathrooms however (i.e. toilet paper and kitchen utensils). The pool/spa is a bit tricky to operate but with the help of Luke, the property manager, who was VERY responsive to our inquiries we were able to figure it out. All bedrooms have in en suite bathrooms which is clutch! Highly recommend!

Spectacular Home With Fantastic Owner

We took a family vacation to Ft. Lauderdale with our adult children and their "significant others". We weren't sure about what we'd think of this house, as it didn't have many reviews, but WOW were we impressed! Five bedrooms, four of which had their own luxury-style private bath made for great privacy, and a large family room with plenty of seating provided space to gather without feeling cramped. The location was exceptional - very close to dining and shopping in Las Olas and on-site parking. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Also, our plane got in at 10 am on check-in day, and the owner made accommodations for us to check in as soon as we arrived as opposed to the standard 4 pm check-in. Overall, everything about this property exceeded our lofty expectations, and we hope to stay at this property again next time we take a family vacation to Ft. Lauderdale!

Wonderful Experience

I know when you look at the listing you will think “This is too good to be true” but trust me, it is everything and more. The premises are beautiful and spacious. Pristine clean and comfortable. The hosts have really thought of everything to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The location was central to almost everything. We traveled no more than 15 minutes to every attraction we visited and it was less than 10 minutes from the beach. The caretaker, Ezekiel, was so welcoming and readily available if any hiccup arose. I truly can’t wait to go back again. Worth every penny !!
