気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
I want to start by saying the receptionist assured me there was no smoking and no pets allowed, which was important to me because I was only staying a few hours before my flight. However, as soon as I exited the elevator, there were people openly smoking weed in the hallway and the lights were flashing — something that should never be happening in a hotel.
To make matters worse, the pictures online looked nothing like the actual hotel or the room. The condition and cleanliness were completely different from what was advertised.
When I entered my room, it smelled unpleasant right away. The bathroom was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The bedroom sheets were old and very rough. After sitting on the bed briefly, my whole body started itching, which made me extremely uncomfortable.
I asked if my room could be changed, but I was told there were no other rooms available. No one came to inspect the room or even offer to change the bed sheets. For the price I paid for only a few hours, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
I would not recommend staying here.
