overall property is great

Overall the property was just as described. Easy to access and clean. We were allowed to check in early which was great for us as we arrived in the morning. Only issue we had was we could not control the AC unit ourselves and in the middle of the night it got quite hot as I could not adjust the temp. Contacted the person but it was the middle of the night so no answer.

Communication

Nice property, 2 bed, 2 bath. Communication from Super Host always emphasized the additional fees. Not all guests are bad people.

Great rental

Wonderful rental house! Had everything as listed with tons of kitchen extras (spices, teas, coffee). Loved the laundry with all the detergent and dryer sheets. Place was extremely clean and the owners were very quick to respond when I had questions. Would definitely rent again!

Convenience to the beach.

The property was decent for the cost. Bed in the bedroom off the kitchen is not very comfortable. Short distance to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and the owners was very quick to respond to text.

A wonderful rental house!

Fatima and Yvon's rental house was great! We love that each BR had their own bathroom. The house was very clean and well furnished and very comfy without being cluttered. Both beds were very comfortable! The kitchen had everything one would need for cooking- oil, sugar, tons of spices. Tea, coffee and filters were also well stocked. The laundry, located in the outside shed, was very clean and equipped with detergent and dryer sheets. We would definitely stay at this rental again, if we return to the area.

Great Place to Stay

Host was super helpful, lots of amenities including beach chairs, beach towels, cooking gear, and basic condiments. Loved having two bedrooms and two showers. Would stay again.

I will stay every time I am in the area with this host. I can't say enough about her patience and pure desire to make sure your stay is everything you want and need it to be. Relaxing, privacy fence, cooking utensils, tons of extras for your convenience. She actually saved me money because there were so many extras. Amazing and Beautiful

The property itself was very beautiful and spacious. The location was about 10 minutes from the beach which for us was perfect. There were also plenty of places to shop nearby. The owner communicated very well with us and even made sure we had been able to get into the house or if we had any problems. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely book it again if we go back to Florida.

Home away from home

We recently stayed at Fatima's place having traveled from California. Perfectly located as it was a short trip from Ft. Lauderdale airport not to mention its close proximity to Dania and Hollywood beaches. Local supermarkets and a Walmart store are within walking distance. The home was beautifully appointed, clean and tidy. Since my wife and I like to make homemade meals, we were pleasantly surprised to have a variety of spices at our disposal! Fatima was detailed with check-in instructions as it got close to our arrival date, she graciously allowed us to check in a bit early after our long journey and was readily available by phone or text if we had any questions. We would definitely book and stay at Fatima's Dania home again!
