* found excrement (mouse or roach) in the pots and pans.* The utensils were filthy.* The family believes this justifies at least one day’s rental refund.* The couple was not informed that the deck and pool would be unavailable on Wednesday due to painting.* The maintenance person started painting at 9 am but the couple had already left.* The maintenance person spoke with someone in the couple’s party about the paint drying faster.* The rental agreement states that any complaints must be immediately reported to the agency representative for action to be taken.* No claims or complaints after the stay or later in the stay will result in reimbursement or financial considerations.* Your response is what is expected from someone who isn’t interested in improving their property in the rental program.* You were gone when we had someone come paint the deck without notice.* We came back from the grocery store and the contractor was already painting the deck.* At that point, we made the decision to do things away from the unit.* Did you expect us to sit there and watch the paint dry?* As far as the pots and pans having excrement in them, we were getting ready to prepare Thanksgiving dinner.* Did you expect us to stop and wait for you to send someone over to clean the pots and pans?* Interrupting our vacation while someone was cleaning.* We washed the items we needed by hand and ran them through the dishwasher.
