Best Studio Location In The Building With Unobstructed Water View Balcony


  • Our unit #424 is a great studio for a vacation. A queen-size Murphy bed and full-size sleeper sofa sleeps 4. The 17' wide balcony offers a 270 degree unobstructed view of the southeast exposure with water as far as the eye can see! Gorgeous sunrises! It also overlooks the famous Tiki bar restaurant and the pool. 50" Smart flat screen TV with internet. Wonderful Italian restaurant (Casa Calabria) with lively piano bar singing Italian songs, real estate office, hair dresser, a clothing and convenience store and a coffee bar open 24/7 are all on the lobby floor of the building. Valet parking only. Short walking distance to many stores & restaurants, including Winn Dixie, a liquor store, a dry cleaners, CVS, a hair salon, Holy Cross Medical Group, Dunkin', McDonald's, pizza cafe, great New York deli and a large souvenir shop selling everything you need for the beach! Jet Ski, kayak, & paddle board rentals next door. Check in 3:00 pm/Check out 11:00 am.
